Kimberly Gardner, Lawfare Warrior

Kimberly Gardner collected the scalp of a sitting governor of the opposite party, forcing Eric Greitins, the Governor of Missouri, to resign only two years into his term.  Gardner is a shameless lawfare warrior, dismantling the rule of law from the inside.  From John Solomon writing in Just the News:

Missouri’s chief legal disciplinary officer accused St. Louis’ top prosecutor of sweeping misconduct in the failed prosecution of former Gov. Eric Greitens, saying she lied to judges in court filings and testimony, withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense, misled her own prosecution team and violated the constitutional right to a fair trial.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner, one of the early local prosecutors backed by liberal mega-donor George Soros since 2016, engaged in 62 acts of misconduct that resulted in 79 false representations during Greitens’ now dismissed criminal prosecution, according to Chief Disciplinary Counsel Alan Pratzel’s memo obtained Wednesday by Just the News.

Her defense? It’s just more racism. That charge has become a key indicator that one is confronted with a shameless evil.

Xi uses it a lot, too.

Meanwhile, how does Eric Greitens retrieve his life from the wreckage? This was truly evil. George Soros must be smiling.

Sisyphus: withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense

To me, this is the unforgiveable sin of a prosecutor because it essentially says the prosecution has no case . . .

Agreed. And yet I see it over and over again in case after case I see reported.

Soros has been a truly malign influence for decades.  It’s getting worse, too.

He’s also providing cover, sort of, for a Swiss named Hansjörg Wyss.  Check him out.

This is worse than you think. Gardner hired a private investigator to build her case against Greitens. Why a private eye you might ask? I mean she did have all the law enforcement she needed to do the investigation. Right? But then there is that sticky problem about the truth. The private eye might not have been encumbered by that.

Wow. Thank you for that. The PI was undoubtedly picked for his reliability, of sorts.

And when the heck is he gonna die? It’s like Manson all over again: I didn’t think we’d ever be rid of that S.O.B.!

Soros has himself said that, as a teenager, he began his business career as a Nazi collaborator, helping take inventory of a forced sale of Jewish property.

I felt sorry for his publicists, who had to argue, “Don’t believe what George Soros said about George Soros!”

I fell in love with Tulsi when she put a torpedo below Harris’s waterline.

But maybe they’ll be less effective.  We can hope that his offspring are as useless as those of many other wealthy people.

I’ve  heard that drinking the blood of young children has a remarkably rejuvenating effect. Just sayin’!

We’re better off if he doesn’t rejuvenate, even if that means his hopefully-useless children survive.

All that money spent and Soros couldn’t hire good help.

His sons are worse, from what I have heard.

Even if they’re more evil, if they’re less smart that can still make them far less dangerous, especially on a global scale.
