Which Black Lives Matter?
In this powerful video posted by Prager University, we have one insightful father who calmly but incisively challenges the relevance and agenda of Black Lives Matter. (Video lasts five minutes.)
I found that Dan Collins, with his fearless yet calm demeanor, essentially made a damning statement about Black Lives Matter and its agenda. As a father of 13 children, five of them adopted black children, he is concerned for their future and the future of this country and has questions that, by their very nature, show the duplicity and hatefulness that is part of the BLM mission. He not only read their website, but contacted their local, regional, and national headquarters for clarifying information.
Crickets.
In a time when many of us are reluctant to take risks in calling out those groups who commit violence and support hatred, Mr. Collins is a man who is willing to put everything on the line to protect his family and defend his country. Will he ever receive answers to his pertinent questions? Probably not. But he serves as a role model to all of us who hesitate to speak the truth to those who are determined to destroy America.
Thank you, Dan Collins.

Those are important, unanswered questions. Too many of us have been intimidated into not asking or pursuing answers to them because of be afr6of being labeled racist.
I’m not sure what answers are anymore. I feel as those I can’t want a colorblind society more than they do, that I want high-functioning schools more than they do, that I want safe communities more than they do.
Susan, thanks for finding this video and showing it to us. Collins is a great spokesman for reason and common sense. (I suspect that Colins knows what’s going on..)
A big part of the problem, @wicon, is that we can’t believe anything they say anyway. And I’m afraid that all that they say is manipulated to get away with murder. In more ways than one.
He does indeed. There was definitely a sense of irony in his comments and questions. In a sense, he might be saying that no matter what BLM has done to put their best face forward, their destructive and hateful agenda leaks through. Thanks, Kent.
“Too many of us have been intimidated into not asking or pursuing answers…”
Yes, because if we did ask a question, just about any question, the all-purpose answer, all too often, was: “If you were black, you wouldn’t be asking that question.” And, all too often, this was a cover because black folks didn’t have an answer.
Of course, this was always an immediate end to the conversation. It didn’t matter what the question was: “Why do you put up with the corruption of your “community leaders/activists?” “Why are you so silent about black-on-black crime?” “Why do you acquiesce to schools which are such a disgrace?” “Why are you so intimidated that you will not break from the ‘party line’ because you’re afraid that you will be called an Uncle Tom?” “Why is the number of black children being brought up in a single parent household over 75%?”
In essence, BLM has served to bring many “nonbelievers” back into line. And, idiotic “history” projects have served to “inform” blacks that “See, the deck has been stacked against you from the beginning. Nothing is your fault. It’s the white supremacists that keep you down today.” And, as for fields such as mathematics, “Don’t bother studying this stuff; it’s just something that was invented by and for the whites.”
So, the same stuff continues, as it’s been continuing since 1964. Cities such as Chicago continue to be free-fire zones while demagogues such as Lori Lightfoot are busy creating committees to tear down statues of white folks such as Abraham Lincoln, Benjamin Franklin and George Washington. And, all this is done under the watchful, approving gaze of our white liberals.
Regretfully, for every Dan Collins, we will have 50 Ibram X. Kendi’s. Race hustling is good business!
I couldn’t agree more with your comment, @cacrabtree. But my response to the comment above is that we have to support more of the Dan Collins type and get out his message. I have no idea how, but somehow it needs to happen!
We create alternative media. We do more Dennis Prager University videos and we advertise in black communities and ask them, “What do you have to lose?”
To answer the question in title. Black lives and black deaths matter if it advances the left-wing struggle. Black deaths that might be interpreted as giving credence to nonleftist ideas don’t matter because politics matter more than human life. Gays in Cuba, white farmers in South Africa and black-Americans who lost their livelihoods due to riots must be ignored.
Leftistism is about ideology and not compassion.
Beautifully said, Henry. The ideology above all. And anyone who gets in the way–too bad.
I don’t know when I’ve listened to a better five minutes on video or podcast. Words and delivery superb. Mr. Dan Collins has a steadfast courage about him that reminds me of stories of warriors facing great odds armed with a determined belief one voice can make a difference when joined with another, then another, and one more in a rising swell that insists on being heard.
So I tweeted out the video describing it as some of the best 5 minutes speaking to our culture today with the hashtag #AnswerDan.
That’s fantastic, Mim!! He was so honorable and honest! I’m so glad you have passed it around; it’s worth watching and listening to, over and over again. Thanks.
It’s exactly what Americans need to hear. Repeatedly and often.
Thanks for this excellent video, Susan.
I am seeing other videos put out by progressives who are attempting to tell the public that there are two BLM groups, and one is a bad group but the other is a good one.
I can’t unravel that discussion though, as it is so jumbled. Often the main players who we are told are part of “good BLM” later on are also named as players in the “bad BLM.”Anything as jumbled as this cover story is not likely to convince anyone who still possesses a somewhat working brain.
The excellent video I used to link to that discussed in their own words the two or three top women in BLM praising their time spent being indoctrinated as Marxists has been removed from the major video platforms like Youtube and Bitchute. This video removal has occurred in just the last 90 days.
It was a much clearer video than the new cover story videos posted by the progressives.
Simple answer to this man’s questions: “If you are not a willing participant in Building it Back Better, which of course, means first, helping to overthrow and destroy any and everything that can be possibly considered the result of white people’s involvement, then you are a vigilante and a thorn in the side of The People’s Movement.
“As such, you should view yourself as a White Supremacist and you must join the ranks of such White Supremacists as Abraham Lincoln, Pres Trump, Candace Owens, and just about anyone who has ever attempted to discuss anything with people on the Left.”
If the man in the video really exists, I hope he didn’t make his real name public, as the County in which his city resides probably has dedicated CPS workers who will feel it is their mission to rescue his five adopted children from the household where such White Supremacist attitudes are in existence.
Many decent people have lost their children, both biological and adopted, for less.
This cartoon reminds me of the left.
Allegedly according to most reputable news sources, fully half the Black businesses in America have been destroyed by the combined efforts of BLM and the Lockdown crew. I guess the those Black Lives who are the owners and workers of business don’t matter to Black Lives matter. Not one bit.
I have a racist point of view. I believe that while the average IQ test scores of those of African/American Heritage are often lower than the White segment of our population, I think that based on living 7 decades in America that many of those of African/American heritage have a much higher social IQ and a much greater ability for creativity than many of those of other races who test higher on IQ scores.
I think for much of my life those with higher social IQ’s at least in the white population generally achieved much higher incomes and were for often more likely to be leaders or in managerial positions. The problem is that in an this era of racial animosity almost exclusively generated by the so-called leaders of the Black Community and many of their fellow traveler Leftist Whites, create an atmosphere where the advantages of that higher social IQ of blacks cannot be fully utilized., because we would then need a culture where a person was judged by the content of their character not the color of their skin.
Usually when Talking Heads interview someone from Black Lives Matter they talk to Ms Cullors.
But here is a snip of a discussion on one of the legacy stations that Fox re-capped, where they interview her buddy Garza. Alicia Garza states that racism is “the very air we breathe. Racism is about rules that have been rigged to consolidate power on one side and lessen it on the other side.”
Their rhetoric is carefully constructed to restrict any opposition. If any of us oppose the Marxist rhetoric and activities, then we are fair game to be slapped with the label “racist.”
Just means more socialism and a bigger greener new deal.
Which will affect blacks-Americans and poor the most. Think about that the next time Biden’s mouths a speech about how the the Democrats are the party of the underdog.
And give them 7 generations of good schooling and a colorblind government and you might be surprised at what the mean “IQ”s will show. If 7 generations can lower scores, 7 generations can raise them.
What a powerful, powerful statement, @columbo. Right up there with Collins. Thank you for posting it.
Columbo, you beat me to it! My wife came across that video on the Internet last year and forwarded it to me, saying “Does anything look familiar there?” Stunned, I replied, “Yes siree, I know that place. That is the building where you work!” (I’m not allowed to divulge the name publicly)
