Peter will be moderating a panel with John Yoo, Richard Epstein, and Andy McCarthy on whether or not an ex-President can be impeached and whether or not President Trump committed incitement.
Richard and John will take the un-Constitutional side, National Review’s Andy McCarthy will argue that impeaching a former President is Constitutional.
