Treatment Protocols

Source. This is why I want Trump to sign an Executive Order to make Ivermectin available over the counter.  This drug actually works (and others do, as well). I can think of no charitable explanation for why western governments and drug companies and Tech Giants have blocked and denied information like this, as well as the drugs.

The one person I know of personally who was infected with COVID with a serious enough response that she ended up in a hospital, she demanded her physician prescribe ivermectin. He complied. She then was on the mend within two days. This happened right before Christmas week.

I know several people who when ill with COVID (not just tested positive; bedridden with symptoms) demanded prescriptions, got the drugs, and recovered completely.

Which is not to say they might not have recovered anyway. But I also have several people in my life who did not receive therapeutics; one is 77 and was ill at the end of October, He is still not 100%; as of last week he rated himself at 85-90%

If anyone gets ill, I now advise that they act like “that patient”. Demand, demand, demand. And if your doctor continues to refuse, go to the internet and find a doctor who will write the prescription.

To the bigger point, I also find no good reason why these drugs are being withheld. No charitable reason. As I’ve said many times before, there’s a panic about getting COVID, to the point where leaving a smoldering ruin of an economy (among many, many other things. All bad) is the solution. But once you have it, the indifference is thundering.

Over the counter Ivermectin would be great.   My dog can easily get a prescription, but I cannot.   I guess Big Pooch doesn’t want to kill my dog.

    I don’t either.

They aren’t addictive, they don’t mask symptoms, they aren’t terribly expensive, and they don’t preclude other treatments should they not work.

Now that Trump will not be in office anymore, we will never find out why this happened.

I think the problem is bigger than Trump, though I do believe the pandemic was used as an election event.

I don’t believe there’s a conspiracy, but I also believe there are some powerful forces (not necessarily in cahoots) who benefit from the disastrous response to COVID.

Thank you for the examples you reported.

As far as the reasons for withholding decent remedies, they  involve US Civil Code and  law concerning how the Pharmaceutical Entities can get both emergency authorization and Fed mandated status for the COVID vaccines:

The situation you describe is on my list. And the list is long.

I’ve said many times: back in March when the lockdown started I felt like a rat trapped in a maze; now I feel like a rat in a medical experiment.

I was notified last night by email that a could made an appointment to receive the vaccine. The earliest I could get was 1/26. I attempted immediately to get one even though it was during the Steelers humiliation.

I’m especially furious that the people who are withholding treatments for COVID are the same people who were handing out Oxy like Christmas candy.

There is a culture clash between practicing physicians’ ethos and academec researchers’ ethos with the RCTs (randomized, controlled trials) crowding out other forms of medical knowledge and the FDA getting control over “efficacy” as well as safety of the drugs we are allowed to take. The linked article also has a good account of the Covid drugs controversies. My guess is some on both sides of any controversy are venal and others are just wrong.

Exactly!  Big Pharma wants to kill you.  Who are the accessories to the crime?  Corporate media (they survive on pharma ad dollars; $4B/year) and politicians (they are bought by the pharma dollars too).    You won’t see “reporters” investigating the blocking of cheap treatments or bogus studies against them.

Either way, I’ve no time for it. In my opinion, half the population is suffering from too much health care – the other half is suffering from not enough. And portion of each is suffering from a combination of both.
