And Now for Something Completely Different: ‘Prison Break,’ Starring Michael ‘Hamster’ Scofield
Poor fellow. If only he were lucky enough to live in the People’s Republic of Seattle, he probably wouldn’t be serving time inside for his crimes in the first place. (Full disclosure: I’m not really a hamster person. But I’m in awe, both of the little guy’s bravery and determination, and of his owner’s care and creativity.)

Pretty crazy.
Plucky little fella.
Looks like an episode of American Hamster Ninja Warrior.
LOL. Now I am thinking of him as the hamster equivalent of @bossmongo.
She,
I don’t think he’s hairy enough.

The hamster has a neck.
Dam!
That was funny!
We had a population explosion of rabbits this summer. I really love the baby rabbits, but they ate everything in sight–flowers previous generations of rabbits have never eaten.
My project this winter will be to design an enclosed garden where I can grow some pretty flowers. I’ve been thinking if I dig a trench at least a foot deep in which to install some sort of fence, that would be enough to protect the plants from the bunnies
But watching that little creature makes me realize that that won’t be sufficient and I am probably going to fail in building a secure garden site. :-) Sigh.
They are so cute. :-)

I wonder how long it took the owner to design and build that maze. It was incredible! And the hamster never wavered, he just kept going through all the obstacles. And cute, to boot.
I was surprised the hamster didn’t just scale the wall somewhere along the path. When we had hamsters and tried to get them to follow a maze, the hamster would just scale (or knock over) the wall and flee.
That was great! Is the music famous? Cute little guy.
The “Daylight Robbery” show about trying to keep squirrels out of bird feeders, was amazing. I don’t know where you’d find that show now.
