There’s an idea out there (too late to help the current situation) that could almost eliminate fraudulent mail-in ballots in the future. Require people to provide a thumb-print when they register to vote and put a thumb-print on the mail-in ballot. A little ink pad could be provided to the voter with the mail-in ballot. […]
