Pennsylvania has state stores. Road trip time.
I really wish the good people of Pennsylvania (including family) still had the fortitude for a whiskey rebellion. The original whiskey rebellion was a tax revolt. This is a compliance issue. Comply with government edicts no matter how overweening.
