As the chances for President Trump to pull out a judiciary-based win become slimmer and slimmer I have a proposal. Republicans, in the spirit of “National Healing,” “Coming Together,” and “Ending the Partisan Divide” need to offer to (maybe, probably) President-elect Biden and his administration every single courtesy and benefit of the doubt that the Democrats gave Trump.

Every. Single. One.

If , ( and I think it will), the electoral college votes in Biden or some other democrat, Trump should go on a Pardon Frenzy, starting with Scooter Libby. Once Trump has pardoned all those he should Pardon, he should resign. And President Pence should pardon Trump.

Count me in. I’m looking for my desert robes and turban so I can hit the streets in protest shouting, “Death to Democrats!”

He could be on track to break WH Harrison’s shortest time in office.

Has it dawned on anyone else that this is a zero ending Presidential election and if that is ominous or something. I know that Reagan broke the dying in office trend started by Harrison, but he was shot. GW had 9/11 which was a major national tragedy. It’s just something I sometimes think about. I don’t want to imply I want it to happen, just that it is a historical coincidence that enters my mind sometimes.

By the way, the doc about Garfield’s assassination was really interesting. Can’t remember what channel I saw it on. It seems that today, he probably would have survived. I didn’t realize he lingered so long.

We probably need to give the President’s security detail a lot of credit. I wonder what Joe’s codename is. Could it be Sleepy?

We must think and act as though we were at war.

The desire for revenge is a handicap in making a plan of battle, where rational thinking is the only useful motive force, but an advantage in executing the plan.

With that in mind, are you confusing the two elements of successful warmaking?

We must set aside animal instincts and emotions when deciding what to do, and then release those same energies when carrying out our actions.

As the Don (Corleone, not Trump) says, “Never hate your enemies. It clouds your judgement.”

And Sonny, may he rest in peace, was a good man. But he was a bad Don.

If the Supreme Court does not rule that Trump won the Presidency, all voting and actions from our government from here on out will be illegitimate. The Justices also need to understand that the Democrats will likely then pack the Court in short order if Biden is elected , wiping out any power to effect justice the Conservative five Justices once had. I hope they keep that in mind.

If you talk to brainwashed Democrat, it is really amazing how disconnected to reality they are and how unable they are to understand the consequences of their actions – and the consequences of this Election Theft are shockingly and gut wrenchingly enormous, which I think they have no idea about. We will likely become a Police State in short order, followed but a very bloody Civil War. What we potentially face is just sickening and mind blowing in a very bad way.

This presupposes law enforcement officers would be willing to use deadly force against their family and neighbors. I don’t think we’re there yet.

Dunno about that. Many LEOs were all too happy to help enforce the lockdowns. Remember the guy who was cited for being on his paddleboard with no one anywhere near him? The mom put in handcuffs because she let her kid play in an empty playground? I know there are more instances, just can’t be bothered to look them all up.

I’d say at least a significant minority of LEOs are “there.”

We can, it’ll just end up being the kind at the end of a gun barrel eventually. The question is if we’re talking decades or years if they keep going the direction their going.

How many weeks before we start asking old Joe if he kowtows to Xi before, during, or after the phone calls. Or is it all three?

Joe will announce an “exciting new deal” with the Chinese. The advantages to the Chinese will be real. The advantages to the US will be cosmetic. Joe’s courtiers at the New York Times, the Washington Post, et freakin’ al will swoon at the “leadership.”

If Biden is certified as President after all is said and done, pray for the people of Taiwan especially as January 20th approaches.

If it happens, they will blame it on Trump.

Trump will now be blamed for everything bad that happens.

    The whole world is watching.

This year we have seen the Hong Kongese persist in their struggle for freedom in the face of every horror Xi can devise. The Taiwanese face horrors that we cannot imagine. They are stealing an election. Denying observers access is unlawful. It is in itself evidence of gross wrongdoing that will not stand the light of day.

(I am joking, the lockdown has brought out the dark side in me. I think mental decline is very sad. A very public “senior moment” will be mortifying. if it is as bad as people fear, his wife should be ashamed of herself to have allowed him to run)

Nope. He and she will have earned our mockery, derision and contempt. If a Biden/Harris Presidency* comes to pass I plan to be petty, cruel, and constantly get in little digs. If they prove me wrong and do a good job for the country then I will happily recant and say I am wrong. Past performance suggests there is little likelihood of that. But all in all I plan to practice a low-key, smiling face, grip and grin, sub rosa replay of what they’ve done for the past 4 years.

In Orwell’s Animal Farm they blamed Snowball. In USSR they blamed a series of “out of favor” comrades. In the US they’re blaming white men – President Trump enemy number one followed closely by all those Proud Boy white supremacists (BS, by the way).

It can happen here. It is happening here. And no, it’s not Satan forcibly enslaving the wailing world – it’s half the world joyously welcoming its overlord because it is right and just (to them).

Which is hilarious because white men are the only demographic in which the President lost support.

Which means that those evil white men voted for Biden.

Out here in the Land of Fruits and Nuts the reporters say he lost the local Latin vote because of Covid.

Get ready, everybody. Nice Guy Biden is about to cancel Thanksgiving and Christmas:

Also part of Biden’s mandate, he said, is to address the coronavirus crisis, an issue that defined the presidential campaign and which many say potentially led to his victory.

“Our work begins with getting COVID under control,” Biden said, noting his plan to announce a panel of coronavirus advisers for his transition team. He added that Americans will not be able to experience “all the moments that matter most to us until we get it under control.”

He starts his speech this way:

To Trump supporters, he said: “I understand the disappointment tonight. But now let’s give each other a chance. It’s time to put away the harsh rhetoric, lower the temperature… To make progress we have to stop treating our opponents as our enemies. They are not our enemies, they are Americans.”

The president-elect also said he wants the parties to begin “to cooperate with one another,” calling polarization between the parties “a choice.”

“If we can decide not to cooperate, then we can decide to cooperate,” Biden said, claiming cooperation as part of the “mandate” from his election. “They want us to cooperate in their interest, and that’s the choice I’ll make.”

So does that mean if we have our friends and family at our home for dinner on Thanksgiving, he plans to cooperate with our choice to do that? I hope so.

What he’s saying is that he doesn’t want us to do to him, what they did to Trump. “We treated you like enemies, but now that I’m in charge, you should give me the chance we never gave Trump.” Pretty sure I can boil my response to that down to just two words.

I’m beginning to appreciate the honesty of some people being interviewed by KCBS. One dancing and celebrating in the Castro district said he didn’t give a damn about Biden, didn’t care if Biden did nothing at all because “We got rid of Trump.”
