Recommended by Ricochet Members Created with Sketch. November Poppies

Many of us remember the ceramic poppy exhibit at the Tower of London in 2014. A church in Connecticut has had their own display for a number of years. Thought you might like to see it.

Thanks for sharing. I live in England, and have a little enamel and metal poppy pin that I bought last year (I got the paper ones before that). It’s lovely to walk around, and even in lectures/tutorials, see everyone wearing one.

Lovely. The poppies in the close-up photo are knitted (the one in the background might be crocheted). Did the congregation make them all, do you know?

A friend in Connecticut took them. I believe church members crocheted the poppies.
