Lest We Forget
The diplomatic idiocy and epic foreign policy failures of the Obama administration and preceding globalist Republicans that helped to set the Middle East on fire should be presented to the American people every day before the election. Never forget.

I do not think that Bahrain happens without Saudi Arabia. Are the Saudi’s signing on going to be an “October surprise” for the Trump administration? It’s certainly possible. Although I’m not sure how much foreign policy issues sway the average American voter. Unfortunately, most Americans don’t really understand the significance of this stuff.
Shows just how far wrong we have gone.
As Reagan said, “They know so much that just isn’t so.”
Aside from understanding, it’s being ignored by media, so might as well not be happening.
People may not understand the ins and outs of foreign policy, but most people know people affected by endless wars. I can’t let myself think too long about the Bush wars and the attitude of “gee, I’m really sorry to have to send you off to be maimed or killed with no real plan or metric for victory.”
I live in a military town. I’ve seen the guys with prosthetic legs and burn scars, God bless them. I leave some things unsaid here.
Americans are sick to death of being told our government cannot act in our interests internationally because someone somewhere might be upset by it. Sick of it. And, guess what? Acting in our national interests with the clearly stated understanding that other countries will do the same is putting out fires, not lighting them. It’s a sight to behold.
Aside from understanding, it’s being ignored by media, so might as well not be happening.
It is a fact that the media ignores all the news events that are favorable to President Trump’s image. Pelosi has said this historic agreement is just a distraction from the emergency funding needed to respond to the Covid-19 effects.
Nancy Pelosi has offered a stimulus bill of over three trillion dollars that includes bailouts for Democrat run states(and cities) that have managed to spend themselves into bankruptcy. The Senate Republicans have on the table a stimulus bill of over half a trillion. It’s difficult to say what compromise discussions have included but Pelosi’s public suggestion that Republicans meet the Democrats half way still includes bailout money. When did Congress enter a mode when they won’t move forward on funding to accomplish some of what is needed in an emergency and come back if they want to try for more. This is how I conclude Pelosi is acting in bad faith.
Republicans should alter their bill to assess a penalty tax on every Democrat-run city that has had a riot. Say a total of $5 trillion. Then ask if she wants to meet in the middle.
It looks as if at least some of the House Democrats from swing districts have remembered that to pass some emergency funding they don’t have to get everything any Democrat might want in a single bill.
Another example of foreign policy idiocy:
