Recommended by Ricochet Members Created with Sketch. If You Vote Biden, You Endorse the FBI Spying on the President

You are voting for Biden. You need to admit that you are ok with the FBI spying on Trump. You are ok with them using security briefings to spy on the President. You are ok with the FBI talking to Flynn in a work capacity and turning that into an investigation. You are ok with the DOJ lying to the President about him being under investigation. You are ok with the FBI concluding Flynn was not lying, but then claiming that he was.

You are ok with all of that:

Newly declassified internal Federal Bureau of Investigation documents prove the top U.S. law enforcement agency used a so-called defensive briefing of the Trump campaign in 2016 to spy on and collect information about Donald Trump himself. The new documents, which are just the latest in a string of declassifications regarding the FBI operation to spy on the Trump campaign and later the Trump administration, detail the FBI’s attempts to use a briefing ostensibly meant to warn the Trump campaign about foreign intelligence threats to spy on the Trump campaign itself.

What I don’t understand, Biden voter, is how you can say you are for the Constitution and the Rule of Law when you support the man who was part of the administration that started all this. Either you just cannot believe the facts, in which case you are a fool, or you only believe in the Rule of Law when it supports the outcome you want, which is not believing in the rule of law at all.

Frankly, I tend to think the people at the Lincoln Project, Bulwark, etc., are in the latter camp, and most of their supporters are in the former.

Which are you, Biden supporter?

It is something that needs to be covered by the people who pushed the Russia-gate stuff. They need to explain what actually happened and why they were so wrong earlier. People should know that the only real foreign interference was pushed by Biden and the DNC. (Didn’t Kristol also fund Steele after the Free Beacon dropped him?)

What happened to Trump and Flynn with respect to this stuff wasn’t just hard ball, it was shockingly dirty. These are big revelations and should be treated as such.

And if Jimmy Carter had done this to Saint Ronald Reagan, you know who would have been screaming bloody murder about it. But if it’s done to President Trump, all is kosher.

    Sad.

This message needs to repeated over and over again. This spying was essentially treason, and it thoroughly disrupted this functioning of our government.

Corollary A to this report is that Collyer report by Left of Center FISA Court judge Rosemary Collyer revealed that the Obama Administration spied on between 10,000 and 100,000 American citizens for political purposes. Obama was conducting Police State spying and intimidation on American Citizens and very few Americans even know of it.

Corollary B is that the Senile Rapist/Crook/Traitor Joe Biden was an intensely involved participant who suggested illegal means to get General Flynn fired at the January 5th 2017 Obama meeting that laid out the conspiracy to spy and disrupt the coming Trump Administration, which essentially was a plot for a soft coup.

Anyone who votes for the Democrats from here on in is either one or all of the following:

    • A Traitor who hates America

    • A Sicko Psychopath who likes to hurt Americans

    • An incredibly stupid and ill informed numbskull.

I dissent. Voting for a candidate doesn’t mean you endorse everything he’s done. I have huge issues with Trump, but I voted for him and will do so again. Because he’s better than the other guy. I’m sure lots of people who don’t like Biden will vote for him simply because they think Trump is far worse. *shrug*

    you are free(even) to dissent.

However, participation in the worst political crime in the history of this Republic ought to be the #1 thing you keep in mind about a candidate.

A Vote for Al Gore was a vote for letting men abuse their power to have sex with interns, plain and simple.

What we have with Biden supports is they support a man who if he had an “R” next to his name, they would attack on principle. Biden supporters have no principles at all. They don’t say, like you do, “Sure I have issues with Biden, but he is my man”.

No its a little more complex than that. It is entirely expected that a Biden Administration will end any further inquiry into FBI/DOJ/Intelligence conduct under Obama with regard to political spying. It would be suicide for Biden and the Dems to do otherwise. The NeverTrump voters, although (IMO) wrong-headed, cannot claim to be low information voters. Accordingly they know full well what is going to happen. If they think weaponizing law enforcement and intelligence for political purposes is not as much a threat to the nation and the constitution as is Trump, then they are truly living in a reality that I can hardly conceive of for someone claiming to be a conservative or a Reagan Republican.

Team Hillary did focus group testing and found that what with the failed “Reset™,” Uranium One, other Russian energy criminality, and bazillions in “lecture fees” and “donations” to the Clinton Crime Family Foundation that Hillary’s top vulnerability was Russia.

The campaign plan was for a frame job to distract from this, which is why Steele was hired. Framing Flynn was payback for crossing Obama (and a preemptive strike against his planned audit of the intelligence apparatus,) and then that got tied into the Trump disinformation campaign.

The Mueller investigation was designed to stall and make it difficult for Trump to go after the FBI/CIA, etc crooks. It was also protecting the Iran deal and its illegalities (spying on opponents, shipping plane loads of cash to Iran).

Be clear here. The issue is not “spying on the president“. It is OK to be spying on Trump, because the country is at stake in this totally unique time on history blah blah. It all goes away when there is a Democrat in the WH, sort of like “The Homeless” magically disappeared as soon as Bill Clinton was sworn in.

I think anyone planning to vote for Biden is completely comfortable with all the shenanigans. I know several people who are in favor of whatever hurts Trump. This is where unreasoning hatred gets you, which should serve as a caution to us.

    The issues are the difference.

Most people have issues with Trump’s tweets. I have issues with Trump signing these out-of-control spending bills Congress sends him. The issues with Biden are significantly greater: anti-rule of law, gun hater, open borders, defund the police, coddle rioters, etc.

A vote for Biden is a vote for the first female president. Biden won’t make it through his first year. I don’t he can find the men’s room without help at this point.

As for lawlessness, laws are for us little people. Neither side has let laws stp them from doing anything they wanted to do, so pick your poison and hold your nose.

Yes, that is why the competition amongst political women of color is so intense right now. Stories of woman politician A spreading tales about woman politician B. They know getting on the ticket is a backdoor to the Presidency should Biden win. Let’s hope this farce (making the VP slot exclusively the province of a woman of color) continues on for awhile and watch the backstabbing continue.

Like Groot who closed all hair dressers and then went out and had her hair done. Or like mayors or governors who supported Occupy protests only until they came to their front doors.

I’m waiting for people to go to jail for this. This was pure treason. I want to see James Comey do a perp walk. And Joe Biden has at least knowledge of this, and maybe participation. on this alone you cannot vote for Biden. (On top of the fact he’s mentally incompacitated.)

Someone really should ask Biden about those Strozk notes and the Logan Act proposal and why he thought it was appropriate.

Does Biden believe it is Constitutional?

Did Biden propose to investigate Flynn for Logan Act violations? (If not why was it brought up?)

Does a Biden administration plan on prosecuting other Logan Act violations?

I think that the argument would work better on a veto than on a signing. If you mean Executive Order, then OK. But a law requires passage by Congress and the President’s signing could be regarded as a ministerial act. A veto, on the other hand…

Not signing is definitely an intentional veto. So, signing would be intentional in the same way.

    Article 1 section 7:

If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within
ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournmentprevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.

So I guess this means if a demented president signs a bill, it will be become a law regardless because it’s the same as if he didn’t sign it or veto it.

This is for two-thirds congressional override of a veto.
