Durham and Barr Must Begin Prosecutions Now

barr durhamPresident Trump rightly commuted Roger Stone’s politically motivated and decided conviction and sentence. John Durham and Attorney General Barr’s excuse of “pandemic” was stripped away the very first day of leftist mass street protests. If thousands and tens of thousands can march and shout slogans shoulder to shoulder, John Durham can interview every stinking witness and suspect and can present his case to a grand jury which most certainly can “safely” meet.

This is all a leftist and deep state ruse. It is deception by the supposedly straight-arrow Barr. If they will not indict now, if they delay until after the election, then they are enemies of the Constitution. They are, in fact, hoping for Biden to win or at least for a House and Senate in Democrats hands so they can avoid the enormous pain actually challenging the deep state, the uniparty in Washington with the media and economic elite wings of the statist establishment.

Apparently John Huber and Barr are in the middle of calculating which way they think the chips will fall in November.

Conservative legal eagle Undercover Huber reacted to this news on Twitter. “A Biden administration will fire every US attorney on day one, especially John Durham,” he tweeted. “If his investigation doesn’t produce results before the election, it never will.”

Undercover Huber went on to point out that the Mueller probe yielded almost instantaneous results, as opposed to the more sluggish Durham probe.

President Trump, remarking on his commutation of Roger Stone’s sentence puts the spotlight back on Barr’s supposed commitment to “equal” justice.

Roger Stone was treated horribly. Roger Stone was treated very unfairly. Roger Stone was brought into this witch hunt, this whole political witch hunt and the Mueller scam — it’s a scam, because it’s been proven false. And he was treated very unfairly, just like General Flynn was treated unfairly; just like Papadopoulos was treated unfairly. They’ve all been treated unfairly.

And what I did —

Q Will you give them clemency too?

THE PRESIDENT: What I did — I will tell you this: People are extremely happy because, in this country, they want justice. And Roger Stone was not treated properly.

So I’m very happy with what I did. He — I commuted his sentence, and by commuting, he now has the right to go and — hey, look, he had a forewoman —

Q Sir, what about a jury?

THE PRESIDENT: Quiet.

Q A jury decided this, sir.

THE PRESIDENT: Quiet. Quiet.

He had a forewoman — he had a forewoman who was horrendous. She should have never been on the jury. The judge should’ve so ruled. The judge didn’t do that. Take a look at the record. The judge didn’t do that. Take a look at the forewoman. He should’ve had another trial. Roger Stone was treated very badly.

Now, take a look at Comey, take a look at McCabe, take a look at the two lovers, Strzok and Page. Take a look at all these people that are walking around and they lied to Congress, and they leaked and they did everything else — a lot of other things. Take a look at Biden, Sleepy Joe. Take a look at Obama. And they spied on Donald Trump’s campaign. Those are the people — let me just tell you something: Those are the people that should be in trouble.

Attorney General Barr has made a great deal of noise, but has shown not one shred of active concern for “equal” justice. He has not presided over even one early morning heavy FBI team raid, followed by on-camera perp-walk. He had the complete authority to throw as many resources at the supposed investigation as Mueller did. Indeed he had the whole Department of Justice and the FBI at his disposal. It is entirely his fault, and his intent, that the Durham “investigation” has been as slow as it has been. COVID-19 was just another fig leaf, another fan for the fellow’s fan dance.

G.W.Bush (GOP) was a disaster, so the people tried Obama. He (DNC) was a disaster, so people tried Trump (outsider). That looks to be a failure too. Now what ? What is the fourth choice? Socialism? Anarchy??? Paul Ryan, Jeff Sessions, McConnell all had a hand in what happened and what is coming.

Or, like Britain, the American voter has to double down this time to say we really meant it. The first two years, at least, of the Trump presidency was Paul Ryan, Jeff Sessions and McConnell subverting the election results like Theresa May’s “Conservative” government. President Trump has postured himself like Boris Johnson, actually committed to fulfilling the voters’ command from 2016.

I wish this was the subject of some YouTube campaign ads, instead of those lame ones about Biden and China. Biden and China are an issue, but not a big enough issue to be the basis for a whole campaign.

Then again, why should the Trump campaign waste time getting me interested. I won’t be going elsewhere.

On second thought, those ads are probably designed to get me to contribute money more than my vote. Just the same, they have no idea how to pander to my interests.

My guess is the reason it’s taking so long is they want to have an ironclad strategy in place before they execute the first indictment. This tells me there may be some big fish involved, including a former President and his Veep as unindicted co-conspirators . . .

    I used to think that.

But it is more elites vs us

But here’s to hoping — and praying.

It’s too late to do anything now. You could arrest and charge someone tomorrow, and the media will spin it like they always do as political. And since it probably won’t hit a courtroom until after the election, you can’t show the evidence it isn’t.

If Trump wins, they might as well not do anything now as we get extra innings. If Trump loses, they might as well not do anything now since it will just quietly be shelved and the people working on it fired soon enough.

And what are the odds that if the DOJ decides to drop prosecution after a Biden win that there’s a judge who would try to carry that ball down the field like the Flynn judge.

But if trump acts before the election it will give some people hope that he can and will act.  At this point it couldn’t hurt.

Not to this guy. To me, Trump’s Presidency is everything I’ve dreamed of in a President. He’s surpassed Reagan in my book . . .

    Umm, except for the tweets.

On balance I like the tweets.  Romney didn’t tweet.  McCain didn’t tweet.  Now excuse me I have to go watch McEnany.

It’s very hard to spin an indictment with hard evidence where there are bushels of it.

The public will get serious when arrests are being made. Up to now over half the country doesn’t half a clue what is going on. Indictments will change that.

Fair point.  You’re right, there probably would be some political benefit to enthusiasm on our side, and it might even drive some independents.  And for the others, well, not much to lose there.

So yes, there may still be some opportunity for upside.  Aside from the actual ‘hey, shouldn’t we show that we don’t like it when people try to overthrow an elected government, softly or violently?’ idea.

I used to think that.  I’m not sure I do anymore.

Course, it’s 11:00pm on a long day after a short night’s sleep so the old faith tank is a little low.

The closer to the election it’s done, the more political it looks.  That’s why the indictments need to come down now.

It’s funny, because while his tweets aggravate many on the right, they send the left into a frothing-at-the-mouth frenzy.  I believe this is Trump’s intent, to show the entire left wing in this country is insane . . .

    Correctomundo!

That is why Durham has to put up or be sent packing. Now! We can’t wait till the end of summer. We heard that story before- remember “there will be indictments by the End of Spring”- well that came and went with just more excuses.

No, the tweets are absolutely an essential part of the package. Without the tweets he’d just be another Reagan, who frankly looked better than he deserved because he had the good fortune to follow Carter.
