Q. Do you know what they call someone who hangs around with musicians?
A. A percussionist (or drummer).
That said, sometimes we all just feel like beating on things, and the right music can certainly set the mood for it.

I started listening to big band music when I was 37 in 1984, and since then I have been hooked. What got you to Maynard? I still love Quicksilver Messenger Service, so there is that too.
Maynard was very big with the brass section in junior high school. Bill Chase got a lot of play too.
