Our republic has arrived at a critical moment in its battle with a deadly infection. The threat is hardly a virus. It is a perpetual cancer that any people valuing liberty will have to fight time and time again. As a nation, we were gifted with important tools for the fight. I want to scream at the citizens of our Republic that they need to realize the gravity of our current status, and the tipping point we are confronting, lest we lose our constitutional charter. Earlier it seemed he might be the jurist to put things right, but after his “treason” comments his behavior has been inappropriate and his prolonging the travesty is very concerning,

On May Day, appropriately, the Shadecaster made a barely disguised public appeal to his clone army to hold the line against the creeping reckoning. “Rule of law! Flynn admitted it! Rule of law!” he whined, holding his breath and stamping his little foot. He’s so cute.
And so Judge Soulpatch received his orders. He knows who the Lightweight was talking to.
Judging Sullivan is made more complicated by his evident Obama worship.

That was a great video! Robert Barnes provides great (humorous/maddening) examples for his analysis. He description of the new generation of SJW lawyers is truly frightening. Pray G-d Trump has another 4 years of appointing judges. That is the only containment strategy I can think of.

The thing about this coup is that looking back each ‘crisis’ hits most of the time within hours of the collapse of the previous one, starting the day after the election until right now. He has never had a day to catch his breath. Mueller ended, impeachment began , that ended, Covid began, Covid is easing off**, race rioting begins. We know now Obama was involved in the coup attempts, we know he spent 8 years fomenting race grievance. Can we suspect that Covid while certainly not a hoax was perhaps blown out of proportion by O’s allies in the media and deep government agencies like the CDC and others, remember it started with the cries of 2 million dead ! I can almost imagine O and President Jarrett still pulling strings from Georgetown.
** It’s easing off everywhere but NY where Commandant Hamlet Jr, is afraid to make a decision , now he’s calling for a panel of international experts to tell him the boot cannot come off our necks until immortality is achieved.
Maybe senility. There has been a hint that he has a problem son, a bit like Hunter Biden, but I have not seen this confirmed. It has been hard to put this case and the Ted Stevens case together.
After watching the video supplied by ToryWarWriter above I feel the two most operative words here might well be “dumb” and “arrogance”. Arrogantly dumb is a deadly combination – especially for a just rule of law

I’ve tried to follow every single totally bizarre twist and turn of this case and the disgraceful and cruel antics of this “Judge” — as one who practiced for 5 !/2 decades it pains me to have to give him that honorific — but this discussion makes clear what I have long suspected, and picked up “between the lines” in a number of articles, that he is largely without a functioning mind. Sure does explain a lot, like calling Gen. Flynn a traitor, proving he not only did not know what he was talking about, but also that he apparently had not spent the first minute looking at the record of the case, as Andrew McCarthy pointed out in one of his pieces.
