After the President tweeted the video of Don Lemon and his guests laughing and mocking Trump supporters, the CNN anchor was forced to address the controversy and did so last night on air:

This is among the more laughable explanations I’ve seen come from CNN, and that’s saying something considering this is the same network that explained that Anderson Cooper sent a vile tweet to the President because his assistant’s phone was hacked by an unknown person in his gym, who somehow got access to the phone and the CNN anchor’s Twitter account in the locker room.
This ridiculous apology proved that Lemon and his compatriots really do think we’re that stupid. A Twitter follower put into words why it frustrated me so much:
