I find it strange that some Christians do not allow for the possibility that Trump has repented of his earlier life and behavior. It’s impossible, of course, for any of us to know the state of another’s soul and relationship to G-d. But perhaps this is one of those signs indicating repentance. I don’t know, but I choose to look at it as such.Â
Trump didn’t have to do this.  He could have sat safely in the White House and watched it on TV and sent his best to the marchers.  The guy seems to be fearless.  He’s not afraid of the Squishy middle, the Soft Left, the Hard Left, or even the Crazy Left.  The guy has a pair.
I hope he can be protected.
I hadn’t thought about that aspect of it. The media always ignores the March, but they’re hyper-focused on everything the President does. Which impulse will they obey?
There are a lot of so-called “Christians” who happily withhold the promise of forgiveness and redemption from the President. (And these same “Christians” are constantly nagging other Christians about their support for the President. How dare you! He’s immoral and he writes mean Tweets!) It sickens me.Â
