California’s Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara took the highly unusual step this past week of instituting a one-year moratorium
The elephant in the room with regards to the catastrophic wild fires has to do with Catastrophic Drought Induction, caused by items flying above our heads spraying crap every day of the week, combined with microwaves from both Nexrad and satellites.
I refer anyone doubting this to watch several of these videos, produced by 1Pacificredwood. This man uses his knowledge of meteorology & also his ability to demonstrate via the NOAA & National Weather Service images what is actually happening in the skies.

You’ll notice in 1Pacificredwood’s videos that there is a continual method of blocking moisture bearing weather patterns away from California, making storm systems either go further north or remain south of the border. When I moved to Calif in 1980’s, the weather forecasters on TV never ever had weather maps showing any type of blockage affecting Calif – now that is routine.
We can talk about whether trees need to be cut down, or not, but the fact exists that by 2005, serious climate modellers were stating that the Global Climate Models then in vogue predicted that in Northern Calif, where I live, the rains would be ample most winters, regardless of the la Nina and la Nino cycles.
Additionally, over the last two years, the amount of volcanic activity across the Pacific Rim, as well as in other places on the globe, offers serious indications that there should be additional rain fall – rainfall that should now be continuous in Ca all year long.
I have lived in Lake County in my current location for over 14 years. Starting in May, June, July 2017, there were thunderheads often on a weekly basis creeping across Clear Lake, an exciting & stunning sight I’d never seen prior to 2017 during the summer. While normally clouds pick up moisture when over a lake, continual blasting by geo engineering efforts meant that the thunder heads dissipated as they went across the lake.
It’s been discovered that the cost of having even 7 planes in the sky 24/7 over a year is over 5 million dollars. In my county alone, there are often 150 planes in the sky each day.
This is not at all attributable to normal commercial planes, as passenger airliners cannot skim above the hills of the town of ClearLake, at elevations of 4500 ft or so, then rise up to over 22K feet, then go back down so the plane just narrowly skims over the shoulder of Mt Konocti, again at around 4500 ft. All of this inside the space of nine miles!
If you don’t live in California, it is still most likely happening where you live. As tax payers we need to wake up to this activity, as it has to be one of the biggest reasons out there for the continual “missing monies” at the Pentagon and other budgetary sources of our federal monies.
Richard,
You are making ordinary common sense. However, ordinary common sense doesn’t work in California. I really think they are headed for some monumental crisis that forces them back to reality. This is more than just political self-delusion. It is like some form of mass-hypnosis.
Regards,
Jim
Loyalty? The insurance bought coverage for a period and got coverage for a period. The transaction was complete. Lara is treating insurance plans like savings accounts where premiums are like deposits waiting to be withdrawn.
Somehow tax payers outside of California are going to be paying.

Watched a video, and Wow, this is really kooky.
Awesome. Nexrad is responsible. But I am sure that the areas of occlusion had no fire issues.
Only the top 10%.
