Recommended by Ricochet Members Created with Sketch. Lesbian Priest Promotes Abortionists as ‘Saints’

If there was a headline that seemed to encapsulate the evil that, like a cancer, is eating away at civilization from within, this might be it. Before we have a conversation about this, many of you know that I have been an open and vocal critic about the abominations, desecrations, and promoted heresies in the Catholic Church from the pontiff on down. So, I’m not singling out the Episcopal Church or Episcopalians as a group for the lies, bile, and evil that this pro-abortionist, lesbian Episcopal priest is spewing.

I am also quite conscious, given the recent Amazon synod in Rome called by Pope Francis and the not-so subtle moves by him and a cabal of German bishops to pave the way for the ordination of women, as well as, and given the Pope’s support of Fr. James Martin’s activist LGBT ministry, and the Pontifical Academy of Sciences’ embrace of the United Nations “Sustainable Development” agenda that would increase the number of abortions globally — that it may only be a matter of time before the Catholic Church has lesbian priests who also promote the dismemberment and murder of the unborn like Katherine Ragsdale.

I’m not sure how anyone can defend Ragsdale’s “ministry” in any way as Christian. When unrepentant “Catholic” Andrew Cuomo demonically celebrated signing into law the most extreme abortion legislation in the nation by lighting up various New York City landmarks in pink light, I thought I had seen everything. The Ricochet Code of Conduct prevents me from describing the audience cheering and applauding the remarks of Ragsdale in the video.

Now, even if you’re a non-believer, you have a fair idea of who Satan is and how he has been described for the last 2,000 years in scripture and in literature. You have seen actual horrific news stories about killings that have been done in his name. In the video, Ragsdale cracks several so-called jokes and laughs several times about the killing of the unborn and ridicules anyone who claims that the unborn are human. She masquerades as a priest — someone who is supposed to be committed to a life of holiness and the salvation of souls. But what is she really? And who does she really serve? Will others in the Episcopal Church condemn her? Will any Catholic bishop or cardinal condemn her? Will Pope Francis? I will only pray that they will.

St. Michael the archangel, defend us in battle, be our safeguard against the wiles and wickedness of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, o prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the destruction of souls. Amen.

All of my friends who are Episcopalian are 65 year old far-out whacko socialist white liberals. Way out there. Left of the left. They’re extremely critical of Christians from other denominations, calling them ‘fundamentalists’ while rolling their eyes.

All of them. That could just be my friend group, I guess. But it’s ALL of them.

    I wonder why that is?

What does the Episcopalian church stand for today? What does it really believe in?

What do Episcopalians think ‘fundamentalists’ believe in?

What are the ‘fundamentals’ of the Episcopalian church?

It’s not just them. All of Christianity is moving to the left in today’s increasingly secular world.

But the Episcopalians seem to be leading the charge…

Good post on a horrific subject Brian. I will quibble with calling her a priest. She fits more in the role of priestess, as so many pagan religions have. What an abomination to claim she is even Christian.

That’s no reason to stop fighting these people.

It’s one thing if They kept these ideas to Themselves while waiting for the Rapture.

It’s another when They knowingly take innocent Souls down with Them.

That is not what I was implying. I am steadfastly opposed to abortion. I donate, demonstrate and preach at every opportunity. No, what I meant to say is that I am THRILLED to know that these anti-Christ types will answer for their sins. I don’t understand your second point of keeping their ideas to themselves.

Yes, it was difficult for me to do so. I resorted to the standard (old fashioned) journalistic practice to use the same label that she is given by her church…and because her church, to my knowledge, has no official clerical name for Satanic Demon…at least not yet. From what I understand, though, it is very progressive church, so perhaps soon….unless the Catholic Church beats them to it. There were and still are numerous Catholic prelates who fit that title as well.

Satan works through deception. If you want to destroy the Church, don’t attack it, join it.

Why else would people who don’t believe in God’s word choose to be pastors? There are some seminaries where I doubt a strong Bible-believing Christian could ever graduate. I knew a pastor who dropped out of an Episcopal seminary in the 1970’s because it was too liberal and put Leftism before the Bible. So, this isn’t new but it seems to be more acceptable in today’s America.

Our little buddy finally shut down St Thecla Church and School the whole kit and caboodle in order to sell the property to CPS.

St Thecla Church and School were not in financial trouble, this duplicitous little twit simply needed the cash …. ( some suggest to help fund the dwindling pedophile priest lawsuit settlement fund)

Worse yet the bad will of the St Thecla closure and the logistical crap sandwich of the new centralized Pope Francis Global Academy North school (yes Blazeroo named the new school after that ahrsehat) nearly guarantees the new school and soon to be renamed St. Tarcissus Church will struggle financially until they have to close them as well.

Indeed. As a former staff member at a United Methodist church, I still get e-mails from the bishop about goings on. His most recent gave an update on the Methodists struggle with LGBTQ+ ministry – there is serious talk of the denomination breaking up. But what else is new? “The bishops spent two days in conversation with one another about how we will address and work to end racism, colonialism, tribalism and privilege in our own lives and leadership and also within the church.”

Two days. Sigh. Meanwhile small mainline churches in my neck of the woods are drying up and blowing away. No wonder, indeed.

But the Episcopalians seem to be leading the charge…

I was very active as a newly minted Episcopalian for about 15 years, studying the liturgy, qualifying as a lay reader and chalice bearer, serving at the altar, and as a vestryman. During the latter part of those years, my ailing wife was well served by our Episcopal brothers and sisters, as well as one special female priest.

But the later stages were also the years when traditional members resisted the left, but ultimately the leftists were finally totally victorious in taking over the church, ignoring or overturning tradition and canon law to ordain practicing homosexuals to the priesthood and as bishops, as well as endorsing every wacko leftist cause from global warming to free everything for illegals.

It is not so much that I left the church, as the church left me. Now I am one of those, as one liturgical prayer has it, “whose faith is known to You alone.” I suspect there are millions like me in this and every other denomination.

Brian – the angels are weeping in heaven on this one, – the indoctrination of society including faith, and children are unprecedented – the inversion of truth, and good and evil is everywhere – (please see my latest post on the education of children). I feel sorry for this woman – she has been fed a lie –

Hmm. I’m over 65 and have been an Episcopalian since birth. My congregation is a small (200 member) one that still adheres to the liturgy we all grew up with and are blessed to be led by a man of strong faith. Unfortunately, the wackos in the church are the ones who are giving us a bad reputation within the Christian community and have caused a breech within the church itself with many congregations splitting off.

It’s an old Monty Python’s Flying Circus sketch from the early 1970s.

I think it’s pretty common actually. It’s a form of sympathetic magic which was common among all peoples back in the day. The Irish sacrificed babies for a good harvest and they sacrificed prisoners of war for their war gods.

Yep. No seriously. Having homosexual sex was a way to worship Moloch. It was mostly gay dudes but it wouldn’t surprise me if women got in on the worship. Some theorize that the Bibles prohibitions against homosexuality referred to banning the worship of Moloch. It’s weird that Moloch is mentioned before homosexuality.

21 “‘Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.

22 “‘Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.

Thank you …. The offensiveness is intended.

It’s a Monty Python bit, and I use it to parody Cardinal Blaze Cupich and the Archdiocese of Chicago’s handling of their Renew My Church program where they eliminate Parishes, not because the Parish is struggling financially, but rather because the real estate value where the Parish is located is the most lucrative to the Archdiocese.
