    Here are my questions:

How big of a deal is it to switch that document to more secure computer?

What specifically has Rudy Giuliani done wrong? Some are saying he’s doing State Department stuff without authorization. Brian Kilmead says he’s sewing chaos.

First ask, was the document actually moved? We have no reason to believe it was. If it was, then ask if it’s actually unusual. We have no reason to believe it is or is not.

    Yawn.

Wake me up when they put Biden and his son in prison.

Seems like both third party hearsay — the Democrats will have to get the people (or in a few cases, the people who told the people) to testify to make it first-hand evidence — while at the same time the complaint appears to want to give Joe Biden immunity from investigation by the Executive Branch for any possible acts with Hunter, as it was connected with the termination of Shokin as prosecutor (i.e. — Biden’s claims that he pushed for Shokin’s firing are to be taken at face value, while Trump’s call with Selenskyy had obviously ulterior motives).

I suppose they can focus on Giuliani, and try to put the screws to him to get at Trump, but that still doesn’t get wacky-but-lovable Uncle Joe and his son’s $50,000 payments from Burisma out of the spotlight (which, as others have noted, if you’re pulling for Liz, Bernie or one of the other candidates in the Democratic primary, is a feature, not a bug, of the inverstigation).

If there’s no signature, it’s a worthless piece of paper. I could write a similar letter accusing Barack Obama of something as sinister.

Hillary didn’t go to jail with an open-and-shut case of violating national security statutes. You might want to consider changing your name to Rip Van Winkle before hitting the pillow.

    Thanks Rufus,

Mr. Fleitz provides so good info. And his question concerning the losss of trust the executive must have toward many in intel is spot on.

You’re right. And if you did that, most on the right would assume it to be true, and most on the left would reject it out of hand. Only a few people would know the truth, and those who did would have little incentive to get that truth into some evidentiary form that others could rely on.

These issues are so frustrating in that regard. Until a really thorough investigation is done by someone with impeccable impartiality, and genuine evidence is uncovered, we’re left to our own prior assumptions and biases.

    Dear Congress:

I did not actually overhear or directly know anything myself but everybody in my office is buzzing about what they heard and we are all appalled about it and about Donald Trump in general. I hope you will find this useful and respond in a way that makes me feel important. And I am totally non-partisan about this.

I just want to point out that this thing is nine pages while the transcript was only five.

Although this document has an awful lot of those pesky REDACTED black bars, and we know how the Dems love those.

I am very impressed by Trump though on transparency. None of this disclosure of the documents would ever have come through under Obama.

All of this trumped up trauma is worth sleeping through. The Dems are embarrassing themselves.

It is quite possible that a cabal of Democrat politicians and donors have floated this to kill two birds with one stone – to impeach Trump and destroy Biden’s chances of being nominated. Doubtful they will succeed with the former. It appears that they are succeeding with the latter given Warren’s emergence as the front runner.

Yeah, well, I’m wondering why Trump doesn’t release a few Obama conversations so we can have some perspective. I’ve heard some hacks talking about how Trump’s conversation was beyond the pale, but what do we have it to compare to? How many presidential phone conversation transcripts have you read? Because I’ve read, I guess, one. This one.

I would like to see the transcripts of John Kerry’s promises of capitulation to the mullahs. I want to know if it’s true they made him drop trousers and dance.

Better yet, Trump should offer to drop sanctions if the Chinese turn over a copy of all those emails Hillary was so desperate to destroy. I mean the original server copies, not the ones they undoubtedly also yanked off whatever device Mr. and Mrs. Carlos danger were using.

And if we are talking top, top secret / double secret probation /mere-mention-only-under-the-cone-of-silence level maybe we could watch the Khaledi tape or even see the Obama college transcripts.

Thorough meaning like a multi-year, multi-million investigation? Sounds great! Someone with impeccable impartiality? I hear Robert Mueller has time on his hands.

Let’s do it – check this space in, oh, 2 years!

Which is why the left went nuts when Mueller didn’t come through for them. Even people on the right suggested he was “Mr. Integrity”, although earlier evidence from his professional career suggests otherwise . . .

It’s so bad. Howie Carr and Harvey Silvergate hate Mueller.
