Try as they might, the Obama Administration just can’t get this story behind them. From Fox News:
The State Department’s Office of Inspector General is investigating the special internal panel that probed the Benghazi terror attack for the State Department, Fox News has confirmed.
The IG’s office is said by well-placed sources to be seeking to determine whether the Accountability Review Board, or ARB — led by former U.N. Ambassador Thomas Pickering and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen — failed to interview key witnesses who had asked to provide their accounts of the Benghazi attacks to the panel.
As the Fox story goes on to detail, a few of those who weren’t interviewed will be appearing to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee next week. Appointment television.
It’s good to see we’re digging deeper into this — sunshine being the best disinfectant and all that. But one has to wonder: what, if anything, could come out of those hearings to shake the general public from their relative indifference to this story?

It’s the mainstream media that has to get interested. Since neither Jodi Arias nor Amanda Knox were in Benghazi, it’s hard to see how the media would be.
Let us not ignore one of the most ignorant and insensitive comments to have ever escaped the lips of John Kerry. When questioned about the murder of our ambassador in Benghazi, Kerry replied: “We’ve got a lot more important things to move on to and get done.”

And, of course, the Carney (circus carnie?) and Kerry show continues apace – because if things happened “a long time ago”, I guess they don’t matter anymore.

Is 7 months a long time if you’re a relative or friend of the deceased? Or if you care that the administration has been dodging responsibility for its actions for that long?
What difference does the public opinion make in the face of criminal negligence ? And if this is not criminal negligence, then don’t the actions of certain government officials automatically trigger specific acts ?
I think these are ploddingly stupid questions in the face of such a massive coverup paired with an across-the-board media compliance, and we have been muscled by the DemocratThugMedia into some kind of “please sir may have i another” mindset.
Too bad the cops and the prosecutors have all been paid off on this one.

The irony is that this comment simply must come back to haunt the BHO administration; it is truly a disgrace. It is my most sincere wish that the Stevens family will refuse to allow this issue to rest.

I predict the mainstream press is going to get behind this story any minute now. These things take awhile to develop. There is no bias, except their bias for a good story, right? Any time now you are going to start hearing reporters mentioning a “cancer on the presidency” and “what did the President know, and when did he know it?”.
