Sharing the Sacred
I’m flying out very early tomorrow morning (my husband calls it the middle of the night!) to fly to the @iwe family for Passover. I want to wish all my Jewish friends a very special celebration for this time commemorating freedom, connection, and holiness. I also want to wish my Christian friends a very blessed Easter celebration.
Although our holidays are different, we all share a love of G-d, a spiritual connection and the joy of living in a country that allows us to worship as we choose. May we all appreciate that which we share together, as well as those things we honor that are uniquely part of our traditions. Blessings all!

Chag sameach, Susan.
(Boy, I hope that doesn’t mean “big sneakers” or something.)
Close! No, you got it right. And Happy Easter to you .
It continues to amaze me (and I have flown a lot) how a seemingly reasonable flight time (say 6:15 am) turns into “Oh yeah, I need to get up at 3:00 am.”
I am so honored to have been invited to a Passover Seder. My friend sweetly reminded me to not bring any food with milk products in them.
I do not understand why, as Christians, we should not celebrate the freedom from bondage by God’s miracle.
Chag Sameach, Susan🙂
Go easy on the roast trump. Lamb is better.
Susan, you missed an opporunity!
You could have said, “And a Leaky Faucet to you too!”
And the same to you, @aardovozz!
@susanquinn, Amen!
Happy Passover Susan and God bless!
Happy Passover! God bless you!
Blessings, joy, and redemption to all. Observant Christians and Jews have a lot more in common in terms of lifestyle than we do with all but the best pagans and secularists.
The focus is not on “me”, but my gaze should generally be inward on questions of responsibility.
May we have the strength and Divine support to keep fighting the good fight, come what may. Be strong and fortify your hearts!
Thank you. I hope you and your family have a meaningful Passover celebration…with many more to come.
