I live in her district. I don’t see how they let her go on like this without forcing her to take media training.
Personally I think she sees politics as a racket. No one called her on her babbling when she was in the Minnesota legislature. I guess she always sounded like that. She beat two very sophisticated candidates in her primary because I don’t know why. I guess I just want socialism with a Stalinist rhetorical flair.
Is this really appropriate for the main feed?
Well, that’s something.
In defense of Lindsey Graham though, many men have a sexual attraction to fish. Even Troy McClure.
Putting a redundancy like “Democrats, Media . . .” out there for all to see definitely isn’t a good look.
Maybe it had something to do with the Kavanaugh hearings. The Dims acted so responsibly there.
Peddling baseless conspiracies is pretty bad, but she wears a hijab so, yeah!
This just in: water is wet.
First, if true, so what?
Second, this is an unsubstantiated rumor used solely to harm someone the author of the rumor disagrees with.
Since when is a man or woman’s sexual orientation considered a career ending thing? Isn’t it the left that has been “fighting for the rights of LGBT people”? Or is it only the ones who adhere to their political agenda? I don’t know or care what Lindsey Graham’s sexual orientation is. All I care about is which side of the aisle he votes with. This is just another example of the gross hypocrisy of the Democrats. It is disgusting, though given the religious orientation of it originator not unexpected.
Ah 2019
Why was this posted on Ricochet?
I agree. Only 4 likes and now the main feed?
First of all, we don’t know if he is gay or not. The same criteria one would use (older man, never married, etc.) could be applied to our Senator Tim Scott.
Second of all, why does it matter? Senator Krysten Simena is bisexual, and no one has a problem with that.
If Lindsey Graham is gay, he has more machismo than Schumer, O’Rourke, and Hillary combined . . .
Because she is a Congresswoman and she’s accusing a Senator of changing his views based on blackmail from the White House. That is newsworthy.
It started here, for better or worse. I think it’s a contributor thing, which is why I was initially surprised at Fred’s comment.
It’s not about upvoting. It’s about the quality and propriety of the post.
I like this post. Ilhan Omar is a menace to the planet.
You understand the contributor rules better than I do. Is “quality and propriety” in the mix to start here?
If it is true, and there’s nothing else to it (such as affairs with underage people, or sexual harassment, or lovers being given jobs at the taxpayer’s expense, or something) why would she think we’d think it any of our business ? (If I believed it, I’d just greatly admire him for not having an overwhelming need to “share” personal information about himself with the public when that information has nothing to do with his job. Does Omar think I’d want him tossed from a rooftop?)
I don’t know the details of the Ricochet Twitter Bot. I don’t know if it goes through the normal process.
She is an idiot. She is a lousy reincarnation of Huey Long. That is her whole gig. No one says anything because she’s a Muslim, she’s cute, and she has a powerful voice and rhetorical style. I’m told that when she was in the Minnesota Legislature all she did was bable like she has been for the past few weeks, but now it goes national. Those two guys on CNN really did a good job of making her be clear.
They are going to force her to get media training. I guarantee it.
What’s wrong with the post?
A few of you missed the point of this post. It’s not about whether Lindsey Graham is gay.
Concur. I don’t get it.
Thank you for this comment, Rufus, because I’ve been thinking, off and on, for hours about how I would explain toxic femininity (I believe we have much more a toxic femininity problem in the country than we do any problem with toxic masculinity.) This young woman, and the other one with the Spanish sounding name, are perfect examples of it. No man would have dared hint publicly that Graham is being controlled by Trump through fear over some scandal related to secret homosexuality. No hag-looking or well embalmed looking old woman like Feinstein or Pelosi would want to risk being seen and heard attacking someone in that way either. For any attack that ugly and obviously cowardly, you need a pretty young woman who knows her looks and youth will enable her to get away with that kind of viciousness and who feels entitled to get away with it.
To me, Omar is about as cute as a coral snake.
I just want to reemphasize, Ilhan Omar beat two very serious legislators in her primary. People that wrote bills by themselves. One of them was the leader of the MN House or Senate or whatever. Very connected. People just want a cute Huey Long that will demonize the productive, and give them free stuff.
The other thing is, she breaks and disrespects the law all the time. She has some civic stuff going in Minnesota related to her Office and the elections. I’d say it’s not routine, most of it. Lots of money. Illegal honorariums. Huge travel bills for questionable activity.

Yeah, . . . it’s about the hypocrite Dems who treat being gay as a horrible thing — if they can use it against Republicans.
I’m reminded of John Kerry and John Edwards in 2004 desperately reminding viewers of debates about “Dick Cheney’s daughter — who is a lesbian!” in an attempt to drive a wedge between conservatives and the Bush/Cheney ticket.
But it’s different when Democrats do it, because shut up.
I’m also wondering if some on the left aren’t now trying to win over and manipulate people they imagine are now feeling hostile toward gays, in the aftermath of the persecution of Christian cake bakers and flower arrangers and pizza parlors that wouldn’t cater hypothetical gay weddings, by signaling that, privately, they’re a bit repulsed by, and hostile toward, homosexuals too.
I was wondering this when that woman in the media, supposedly unthinkingly, made her “butt boy” remark. Omar has me wondering it again with this attack implying Lindsey Graham is hiding something related to being gay over which he’s being blackmailed.
Nah, I think Dave Rubin has it right above. The left is absolutely vicious to gay people who aren’t progs. (Likewise to black people and women who aren’t progs.)
