Anti-Christian Bigotry is Alive and Well in Congress but The Knights of Columbus Stand Exuberantly Clad in the Naked Public Square

Those saviors of our Republic, the Democrats, are at it again. Having spared us the dread of Amy Coney Barrett as a Justice of the Supreme Court by having Senator Dianne Feinstein attack her during her confirmation hearings to the US Circuit Court and show us that the Catholic dogma lives loudly within her, the Democrats have struck again. This time, Senators Kamala Harris and Mazie Hirono attacked Brian Beuscher, who is up for nomination to the US District Court, for being a member of the “extremist” organization the Knights of Columbus.

Nevermind that there cannot be a religious test for public office, these guys dress funny and do such radical things as drive the elderly to mass, hold fish fries during Lent, focus on charity work for the poor, disabled, and orphaned, and are pro-life. They must be stopped. (This is why JFK was not put on Mt. Rushmore – he was a knight for crying out loud.)

John Zmirak, at Stream, has an informative article on why Harris and Hirono were right to go after the Knights — they are a menace to America. And comedian Jeremy McLellan lays it out for us in just a few minutes on video:

Jeremy took a step further and also showed why the work by Harris and Hirono was so important: because of The Plan:

Yes, this post is ridiculous and a poor attempt at humor, but it shows how desperate the progressive left are and that they are anti-Christian bigots. They have no solutions for our country so they are degraded to the point where they attack a Catholic service organization devoted to helping the least among us. And isn’t that what the Dems always try to spout who they represent?

Oh, and to know that the Dems messed up bigly, the video posted above has been banned on Facebook.

Stand tall and proud, Knights.

The Knights of Columbus are going to take over the government . . . from the Masons?

Anyway, I like the capes way more than the Masonic aprons.

I was actually shocked that leading Senators attacked the Knights of Columbus.  The Knights of Columbus is a charitable organization and as far as I know don’t have a political component.  Kamala Harris is potentially running for president.  Did she want to alienate a number of Catholics who might just vote Democratic?  Either she was impulsive – and her true feelings came out – or she must have a calculation that this must help her.  I think she must have a calculation that this must help her.  The Democratic Party has evolved to where there is a religious test to what is in their good graces.  I cannot understand why a good Catholic would even go near the Democratic Party any longer.  But many do.

By the way, I loved McLellan’s video.  Secret mission to have the president give the SOU in Latin and facing away from Congress…lol.

I would have commented earlier but I was busy cleaning the Glocks in the basement of our parish hall.

    Scott Wilmot: Here’s The Plan:
    1. Appoint Amy Barrett
    2. Appoint her husband
    3. As each justice dies, appoint one of her 7 children to take their place
    4. Supreme Court declares rest of government unconstitutional
    5. Catholic Monarchy under the House of Barrett

Actually, I like that plan better than the one Ocasio-Cortez has in mind for us.

I didn’t point out specifically in the OP, but i did link to it, that Tulsi Gabbard, D-HI, and Dan Lipinski, D-IL (one of the only pro-life Dems in Congress) did speak out against Hirono and Harris (but without naming them, BTW) in favor of religious freedom.

We’ve yet to hear from Pope Nancy, or any other “Catholic” Democrat.

Perfect Scott. But the left is partially right: The dogma lives proudly in us.

At the 1:54 mark you can see the Knights preparing their invasion of the White House.

This is outrageous, but not universally outrageous.

This bothers me a great deal. I and a lot of people had believed the lesson at the end of the civil rights era was that bigotry is always wrong.

Yet apparently not. The lesson is that bigotry is OK when one is mistreating those who are currently unfashionable.

The country has always been anti Catholic, especially the Democrat side of it.  They are just letting it out in the open more.

It’s something to fall back on when you need a short break from quotidian anti-Semitism.

I must say I like our plan.

Especially the part about the state of the union being delivered in Latin and facing away from Congress. That might be the best part of the whole thing.

Valiuth, I agree with you! But we must make Congress  kneel for an hour or so to get the full effect. That’s the ticket!

Somebody should really push this narrative on black Catholics. Latinos too. Plenty of studies out there show that these groups tend to place more of an importance on religion than whites.

Democrats can’t have their cake and eat it too. You cant claim to be the “inclusive” group while demonizing entire groups based on their faith. People really need to open their eyes.

Senators Kamala and Mazie have a militant demeanor – it was front and center at the Brett Kavanaugh hearing – even before the woman from CA came out of the shadows.  They seem to work together or have a similar pattern of questioning. I didn’t know anything about them prior to that, but they seem to enjoy rudeness.

This is no laughing matter.  The litmus test against Christians is all around, in the corporate world, schools and colleges, social media and within government. There is a goal here. We may be once again, voting for another Supreme Court justice – and you’ll see a repeat. It’s disgusting, but there are laws on the books saying you cannot discriminate against someone’s religious persuasion.  There is a whole new generation that doesn’t know that or care, and those in leadership have a responsibility to uphold that.

We were talking about RBG’s ability to do her job the other day at work.  RBG’s sole job now is to stay alive until Trump isn’t president.

From what I read – which might just be speculation – it sounds worst than has been publicly known.
