Okay, Cupcake. You Want To Dance?

I consider myself a man of peace, but my patience has limits.  I find this extremely offensive.

Later, Mr. Holder backtracked.  “Of course” he didn’t mean actually kicking.  “Of course” he was not endorsing violence.  In one respect, I believe him.  Look at that pencil neck, those pipe-cleaner arms.  Think this guy knows how to scrap, grapple, or brawl?  Think this guy has a scintilla of knowledge or experience with personal courage under duress?  I sincerely doubt it.

But I don’t believe that he meant that the progressive Left should abstain from violence.  I think that he was proclaiming to proxies and surrogates that opening the flood gates of the id was appropriate in service to this “new Democrat party.”  As a conservative, I’ve had to suffer accusations of accepting or agreeing with “dog whistles” for as long as I’ve been politically aware.  That sensitized me to the phenomenon.  Hey, Mr. Holder, I’m thinking motes and logs and eyes, right now.  This was a call to arms.  This was an implicit endorsement of achieving through violence the goals that the Democrat Left cannot achieve through political means.

He knows not of what he speaks.  He is historically ignorant.

I’m not.

What history I’ve studied shows me that what this country has, right here, right now, is pretty good.  One could even say exceptional.  Our lives are not short, brutal and nasty.  Our lives our not ensconced in a rind of existential fear for ourselves and our beloveds.

My training in violence has basically been lifelong.  The damage I’ve soaked up just training to do violence has been pretty extensive.  You know that talismanic body of techniques applying blunt trauma to a guy’s junk that makes all men shudder and invigorates women in their counter-rape seminars?  Do that to me–or those like me–and the greatest effect you will generate will be that I will take a personal interest in making you suffer.  I’ve had my grapes mashed before (thanks, @dajoho.  Again.  And many, many others).  I’ve had about every joint turned the wrong-way out.  I’ve been punched, kicked, kneed, elbowed and palmed (note: I don’t think enough people study the efficacy of palm strikes) in just about every vulnerable place one can imagine.  I’ve suffered nerve strikes that leave me horked up for days.  One of our training methodologies was “full force, misdirected.”  Sometimes your brothers don’t misdirect enough, in the scrum.

“Jeez,” thinks the Gentle Reader, “This week had ‘coming out’ day in it.  Is Mongo coming out as a masochist?  Nah.  Just the price one pays for learning how to apply those same techniques to others, in a manner that can best be described as devastating.

Now, think non-lethals (which can almost all be employed lethally).  Now think blades.  Now think pistols.  Now carbines.  Now “reach out and touch somebody” long guns.

Yeah.  Now integrate all those systems so that the trained individual flows from one to the next without hesitation or flaw.

Mr. Holder, me and those like me (sworn to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies)  are the guys you want to kick.  You’re sowing the wind.

Stop it.

Amen, Boss! These pajama boys and julias remind me of the Children’s Crusade in a way: idealistic – although in a different, poisonous way from those medieval tykes. Loud, bullying – and with no idea what they’re about to encounter.  Mr. Holder let the mask slip, finally: We’ll be ready to block those kicks, Eric. (Ooh, and he’s made Michelle mad…Scary!)

An exceptionally righteous and articulate post that expresses the way a lot of us feel. (This Holder guy was in charge of law enforcement on any level? Disgraceful. He should be ashamed of himself.)

A strong body and courage makes a Mongo. A powerful mind and an instinct to lead makes him Boss Mongo. Thanks for all you’ve done and all you do.

My fear is that we all will.  I know what my rights are, and that they were bestowed by our Creator.  Be damned if I let historically ignorant, Constitutionally dismissive thugs take them from me ‘n mine.

An’ I pretty much regard most Americans as “mine.”

I don’t know about the rest of you, but for the rest of the day I’ll be picturing Mongo standing in the doorway looking at Holder and saying, “Okay Cupcake. You want to dance?” And picturing the look on Holder’s face. His chinless little face.

He’s the worst sort of coward. The type of fellow perfectly fine with inciting others to become a mob but would faint if he himself ever had to back up his own words.

The revolting rioters in the street are better than him and they are appalling human beings, but at least they have the courage of their convictions. Holder is simply a loud mouthed coward.

If confronted I could imagine Holder saying, “No, no, no, no! I didn’t mean actual violence. I just meant we would make up fake rape charges against you and stuff like that.”

Yeah, about that.  Those skills are all perishable and demand a lot of attention a lot of the time.  They’ve perished–enough that I couldn’t guarantee no hesitation, no flaws.  I figure that’s alright, though.  In this case, it’s relative.

Part of the frustration on my part, brother.  “They” have no idea what they’re talking about.  Haven’t seen too many of the Dem goon squads that look like they’d make it through three days of basic, let alone some of the more advanced training venues.
