When and Where Are Missing

Kavanaugh’s accuser wants him to testify first. This is absurd. In a court case, the prosecution speaks first and then the defense responds. This is especially important in a situation where the accusation lacks important details. Using the old critical questions a report should ask:

1. Who: Brett Kavanaugh

2. What: attempted sexual assault

3. When: Not given. If this was as serious as she claims it was, she would remember a date or be able to reconstruct it (such as third Friday in August 1981). Of course, this would open her up to refutation if any of the three men she has named were not in the DC area on that date.

4. Where: Not given — same problem

5. Why: Many people have attested to BK’s character. I have not heard if he was a binge drinker in high school. Perhaps he acted differently under the influence but there does not seem to be a pattern here.

I’m curious why the Democrats are calling for an FBI background check first, when if Feinstien had shared the info a few month ago, it would have been done by now. It really is disingenuous and part of the scam.

In the big scheme of things, Ford’s accusations and proof, were not even taken seriously by the Democrats. So now she is a prop to use to delay.

They are calling for a background check now to buy time til they can line up the next accusation.  DiFi did take Ford seriously:  she seriously saw that this Ford letter gave her an ace to play at the bottom of the ninth.  This is deadly serious hard ball strategy and there is nothing here except keeping the Trump (insert any Republican name here) administration in as much frothing turmoil as possible.

Afraid to fly in an airplane?!  Surely someone can check records to see if she has been to Aruba lately?

This post assumes an Anglo-American tradition of jurisprudence.

    How quaint!

The white male author doesn’t understand that the new America which massive immigration has created – largest foreign-born population in the US ever – deserves a new and diverse legal philosophy.

What he considers common sense and universal principles are simply cultural biases. Billions don’t share them and consider them instead relics of white Western patriarchy in need of fundamental transformation.

Is it sarcasm?  Is it just an accurate description of America today?  Is it both?  Who can tell?

Part of the stalling tactic now is Ford can’t get to Washington in a hurry, because she doesn’t want to fly, which leaves car, train or bus as the options (and likely a week-long media circus following her across the country if the GOP allows it, where whatever form of transportation is used would be trailed by a caravan of unquestioning supports that would look like the motorized version of the followers of jogging Forest Gump traveling across the country).

I had an interview with a gentleman in London the other day. I didn’t fly to England. We used some newfangled contraption called a telephone.

If the issue is hearing what she has to say, then they could do that fairly easily. Unfortunately, no one really cares about her testimony. The goal is to stall and then, maybe at some point, have a scripted televised hearing where Senators make statements rather than ask questions.

In the eyes of the Left, Brett Kavanaugh is guilty . . . . . . of being a Republican and a constitutionalist. If Kavanaugh is confirmed, the Left fears that they will lose power.  Everything else is just empty rhetoric.

    Well, let’s find out! @larry3435

“This post assumes an Anglo-American tradition of jurisprudence.” CLEARLY TRUE

    “How quaint!” SARCASM

“The white male author [TRUE] doesn’t understand that the new America which massive immigration has created…deserves a new and diverse legal philosophy.” ACCURATE. NUMBERS CREATE NEW POLITICAL REALITIES. RECALL: “THE COURT FOLLOWS ELECTION RETURNS.” RECALL: “ALL-WHITE JURY” IS NOW A PEJORATIVE. CONSIDER: AFFIRMATIVE ACTION HAS BEEN APPROVED BY OUR SUPREME COURT AND DISTRICT JUDGES OVERTURN WITH IMPUNITY PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS CONCERNING BORDER SECURITY.

“What he considers common sense and universal principles are simply cultural biases.” OBVIOUSLY TRUE, AS A CURSORY LOOK AT AFRICA, ASIA AND THE MUSLIM WORLD MAKE CRYSTAL CLEAR.

“Billions…consider them instead relics of white Western patriarchy in need of fundamental transformation.” ONE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE MISSED THE 21ST CENTURY, AVOIDED ALL MEDIA AND VIRTUALLY EVERY CAMPUS, AND NEVER HEARD OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY TO QUESTION THE VERACITY OF THIS STATEMENT.

There you go, Larry – other than a little bit of sarcasm, the comment is a 100% accurate description of America today.

Enjoy the country massive immigration has made for you. Dining out is an adventure!

    Diversity is strength!

    Unity is weakness.
