It’s wonderfully drawn and brilliant, because it is totally true.
I’m joking George. Nothing is really “totally” true. Trump’s tweets are hardly the only thing undermining his administration.
Nothing is ever the “only” anything. But the reason the cartoon is so good is why all of Ramirez’s cartoons are wonderful: It is absolutely true. And, while Trump’s tweets may not be the only thing undermining his administration, they are one of biggest, as are Trump’s tantrums in general.
I’m already a fan of @michaelramirez’s penmenship and wit, but I haven’t seen an editorial this pleasant to look at since the great, RIP, Jeff MacNelly.
