When Can We Call It a Cabal?

One of my favorite TV shows is “Blacklist.” yes, it is bloody, sordid, and unbelievable at times, but it’s TV. One aspect of the show focuses on an international cabal, whose leadership is still in question. But who needs TV? I hate to sound paranoid, but I think that Obama formed his own cabal. Was he the one to start it, or are we only seeing its latest iteration? Is George Soros behind all of these plans?

When you have people like Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, John Brennan, James Clapper, Lois Lerner, John Koskinen, James Comey, Adam Schiff, Susan Rice, and Samantha Powers clearly violating government policies for the same end, it makes one wonder what in the world is happening. Whose names have I forgotten? Do you think there is a person in charge of all of these people? Is there more of a plan than just getting rid of Donald Trump in the short term? Or is there a long-term diabolical outcome planned?

Someone please tell me I’m nuts, and this isn’t all happening.

The entire FedGov seems to be one gigantic RICO.

The whole thing is nauseating and fills me with despair that we can ever get even a semblance of a real Republic back.

At the top, puppet-master was Valerie Jarrett.  She is still out there pulling strings.  However, no master plot was necessary, as all the characters were already of the same mind-set as Obama.  His history of sabotaging opponents’ campaigns went back many years to Chicago.  Much of the existing federal bureaucracy has always been “progressive”.  I wonder how much of that is due to the government unions?

I tend to agree. There were no orders passed, just wholesale banal evil.

The left things they are right, and as such, any means are OK.

I may be naive but I think much of the organization and focus of the left was a response to Trump.  A Walker or Rubio candidacy wouldn’t have pressed as many panic buttons.

Were there unique Trump provocations?  Sure.

But here’s where I am less naive:  much of the drive and indefatigable effort of the slow coup is driven by the fear that Trump might actually follow through on immigration restriction, the Iran Deal, the Paris Accords and Jerusalem.

The Left cares very deeply about immigration, Iran, Paris and Jerusalem.  The Left everywhere.  And one of the cardinal beliefs of the American Left is that there is no American exceptionalism on the Left, only failure of nerve.

They wanted America fundamentally transformed … into France or Canada.   And it was happening.     Making America Great Again is a concept that has to be squashed.

Susan Quinn:Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, John Brennan, James Clapper, Lois Lerner, John Koskinen, James Comey, Adam Schiff, Susan Rice, and Samantha Powers

Lois Lerner still annoys me more than most of those names and, of course, she was appointed by George W. Bush not Obama as Director Exempt Organizations back in 2006.  (Even the Republican appointees are also hardline Leftists.)

“Threats Against Trump Made by John Brennan and Samantha Power Must Be Investigated” — John Nolte

Did Michael Hayden and Condoleezza Rice ever threaten Obama?

However, Michael Hayden, George W. Bush’s Director of the National Security Agency, really dislikes Trump:

    > “If (President Trump criticizing CNN) is who we are or who we are becoming, I have wasted 40 years of my life. Until now it was not possible for me to conceive of an American President capable of such an outrageous assault on truth, a free press or the First amendment.” — Gen Michael Hayden (@GenMhayden) November 26, 2017

General Michael Hayden apparently likes to criticize President Trump to Jorge Ramos on something called FusionTV.

Just this month, Former CIA director Hayden claimed that President Trump has “autocratic envy” of Vladimir Putin, the guy accused of all sorts of things recently.

“Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS is married to Mary Jacoby. If we had actual journalists you would know that Jacoby was employed at Clinton’s Rose Law Firm, subject of the Whitewater investigation, and her father is deeply connected with the Clintons.” — Nick Short, @PoliticalShort

    What tangled webs.

I think things can get diluted when we focus on specific names, but that doesn’t mean a single person should get away with breaking the law.  No, we need to  chase the rats right into their holes, then rip out the walls and grab them by the neck…and twist.

The term “deep state” appeared in the modern lexicon after Trump was elected, and I think it summarizes the opposition to him PERFECTLY.  Rush Limbaugh has addressed this as well, saying that neither a secret society nor specific instructions are needed, you just continue putting progressive leftists in positions of power (those who actually seek government power), and get out of their way.

The deep state will inevitably move to protect itself, examples of that are everywhere, from the Clinton/Lynch tarmac meeting to the informal FBI coup meeting in “Andy’s office”.

“Drain the swamp” is more than just a political slogan, it’s a mission statement.  There really is a deep state, a swamp, and if we are to protect and preserve our republic, it must be drained, it must be cleared out.  The agent of that needed change might send out crude tweets, fire people in “uncivilized” ways, and have a questionable personal past, but if Trump is the hammer, the deep state is the nail.  There is no modern politician who has voiced the desire to fight back against the deep state like Trump has.  He’s not perfect, and all politicians are flawed and human in nature, but in his battles against the deep state, we need to support him.

This didn’t start with Obama, or even Clinton.  The democrat left has had a ruthless power hunger for most of my life, and probably before.  They believe in the end justifies the means, and they believe in socialist central planning.

In other words, they are everything that we were warned about in the red scare Joe McCarthy era.  They are trying to undermine this country, its constitution, and individuality itself.  They have no tolerance for opposition.  You must think as they demand, you must consume as they demand, you must submit, or you will get crushed.

It’s not only the democrats, I realize, there is plenty of statist thought to go around. “What?  You think you should be able to do something I disagree with?  There needs to be a law!”

But the democrats have made it their playbook to follow Marx, Lenin, Stalin, and Alinsky.  They have infiltrated the government and the education system.  And they are willing to do whatever it takes to impose their will.  The law is a tool for them to destroy their opposition, and it does not constrain them.  They, after all, are trying to do the ‘right’ thing.   It’s for the children, for the oppressed, and for the greater good, don’t you know?

It’s not a new phenomenon, but it is getting closer to the breaking point.  Sometime soon, something has to give.  Either we will sit back and accept the new overlords, or we will have to vanquish them.  Trump is a small step towards that end, but a drop in the bucket. And look how vociferous the hate is for him.

Precisely. I’ve no doubt that stuff was going on, @phenry. But they’ve always either been undetected, ignored or accepted. That’s why they’re in such a frenzy now: we know. And I hope there is enough anger and persistence for us to keep digging, especially because they will fight us at every point and create more barriers. It’s not going to be pretty.

    @susanquinn

Me too, but I fear we’re going to be disappointed, the IG has been there since 2012, meaning he came on board in Obama’s 2nd term and has seen the deep state grow during his tenure.  But hope springs eternal, and there’s always a chance he will not only issue an honest and unbiased report, but that DOJ would actually take some type of action based on such a report.  I hate thinking that I’m jaded, so I try to have hope.

Like you I was doubtful about the true depth of the “swamp”, but it looks like it’s even deeper than our worst fears, and it’s active, powerful, and very ready to defend itself.

Here’s a question – Are the two FBI lovers still collecting a government paycheck?  If so, why?
