Recommended by Ricochet Members Created with Sketch. Sabo Writes

My friend Sabo is full of stunning surprises. When he’s not jabbing at leftists with hilarious political street art, he writes beautifully. This piece cannot be reprinted here, because it contains Forbidden Language … and it could be just about the best thing you read all day. I wish everyone had such passion for the truth.

He’s a fellow native of South Texas. How about that?

I’m guessing he’s from the Rio Grande Valley. I’m originally from Laredo, which is upriver from the RGV.

Thank you, Stupendous Melissa. Actually, as far as accepting people, I think Texas is one up on California. And we don’t tax our people into the poor house. Excessive taxation is racism, and every other kind of -ism.

If you want to know what Ricochet would be like without Mods, read the comments at the end. I’d rather you didn’t read them, but if you want to know, do it.

    He is a Marine ?

I read the first 3 comments and they were good, so quit reading them while I was ahead. Excellent article Melissa, and Sabo, love his art BTW.

3am I find myself working on posters in town, I step over a young black man. He looks fit as [redacted], like he was born in the gym. Then he looks at me with these blood red eyes, a rat’s nest for hair, he’s not there, no ones home, his body crumpled in a dirty corner. My blood boils, I seeth inside. The democrats did this, hip hop did this, the drug culture did this, all the sh*t that’s been poured into this poor kids head from Hollywood did this. I seeth. No matter what anyone thinks about me I know there is a huge spot in my heart for the black community. I want to see it get better, but that wont happen until first it divorces itself from a political party who’s hell bent on creating people who are dependent on them.

That’s righteous. That’s real. That’s passion. That is truth.

I would love to see Sabo on a Presidential Commission to truly make the ‘black community’ better. One that has more folks like the black man on the tractor of Sabo’s youth, than the young man crumpled up in a dirty corner of Sabo’s adulthood.

Somehow, I think Sabo and our President see exactly eye to eye on this issue.

Yes, I noticed that Sabo made frequent use of the word ‘never.’ Shocking.

And I thought all artists were sensitive effeminate people with a leftist ideology and pretentious linguistic skills!
