Ok. Now, I don’t know what that means, but third time I’ve seen it today.

    Do tell…

This is another brilliant Trump move to divert the press with nothing. And I mean NOTHING!

I don’t know what it means either.  But here’s the gist of how it started.

If you are, I seriously might agree with you.

Of course. He does this sort of thing at least once per week. The press then sets their hair on fire and look like idiots. Meanwhile, stuff gets done that the press doesn’t even notice, and America wins again.

Seriously, New York Times, get your grammar together.  The President used the locution “all the covfefe.”  Clearly you can’t ask “What’s a covfefe?”  Covfefe is plainly a substance that doesn’t come in discrete units.

I don’t take joy in another’s pain. It is hard to reach the r and g consistently when working with a stubby little thumb. A little sympathy and understanding are in order.

    I dig.

    Tentatively.

But what exactly is getting done, I wonder?  I understand it’s not legislation.

The President is clearly telling us that the answers to today’s vexing questions are to be found in the life and work of Sen. Estes Kefauver — perhaps in the Kefauver Committee’s investigation of organized crime, or the Kefauver-Cellar Act of 1950, or the Kafauver-Harris Amendment of 1962.

The truth is out there, people!

If Trump was truly the master-level troll he’s supposed to be, he’d do this every night for a month.

“I told Mattis this afternoon that what we have to do with respect to Iran is urgmellify the reggilius.”

If they latch onto everything you do, is it even trolling anymore?

It takes a special type of philosophy professor to seize upon the characteristic moment of our modern existence. Is there anything that sums up the world in 2017 more clearly – and yet more mysteriously – than covfefe? It speaks to the deepest part of ourselves, yet remains veiled. Just as it seems to reveal all, it cloaks itself in an impenetrability that pulls the rug decisively out from under the hermeneutical project (whether Ricoeurian or Habermasian), yet resists even the later Wittgenstein. Derrida is no longer so sure (Saussaure); Stanley Fish is un(de)manned. Post-modernism is bypassed.

But, so too, the Enlightenment project. And Aquinas has little to say. Nor, uncharacteristically do Plato or Aristotle. Even N is left to stare into the abyss.

For – at the end of the day, when all is said and done – covfefe.

Surely Trump uses an Iphone with autocorrect enabled.

Any sanne iphone user, or even a literate vertebrate, knows Trump typed coverage.

then Siri B-slapped him like a velociraptor with covfefe.

    K’mawn pee-pull.

Someones must create a stylized Trump keyboard app for a smart phone. You know, like a pig-Latin, or one of those Christmas elves naming code.

i don’t have time, but Oh what fun it is to ride…

    My sis once texted me

    have a good night.

    Siri changed it to

    Hebrew Gunfight.

We’ve shortened it to emojis as a family greeting:

    ???

There was some family fury when somehow the real gun emoji was removed from the menu. Now we use the water pistol. There is no escaping PC.

covfefe – 1) proof that twitter is a time wasting mechanism for lazy self important people to prove their self perceived intelligence superiority by use of sarcastic wit via a 140 character format. 2) a form of technical mental mutual masturbation for snobs  (see circle jerk)
