Wall of Taco Trucks to Greet Trump in Vegas

shutterstock_201741368 [Converted]“My culture is a very dominant culture, and it’s imposing and it’s causing problems,” said Marco Gutierrez, the founder (and I assume only member) of Latinos for Trump. “If you don’t do something about it, you’re going to have taco trucks on every corner.”

Gutierrez was roundly mocked for his comment since every red-blooded American loves the south-of-the-border take on the bland sandwich. But the Las Vegas Culinary Union is going one step farther. On Wednesday morning, they’ve arranged to build a wall of taco trucks in front of Sin City’s branch of the Trump Hotel.

“We’re reminding Mr. Trump that immigrant workers here and across the country will be watching the debate and voting in November,” said Yvanna Cancela, the political director for the majority Latino and predominantly immigrant union.

The Culinary Union has held nearly 10 rallies outside Trump’s hotel since workers voted to unionize and won last December. They argue that Trump is illegally refusing to bargain with them.

The union will be joined by iAmerica Action, Center for Community Change Action, For Our Future, and 50 immigrant advocacy activists from Los Angeles and feature speakers like Democrat Ruben Kihuen, who is running to represent the 4th congressional district in the House.

Ugh, unionized tacos. As for me, I’m headed to Taquitos Jalisco for some laissez-faire carne asada. ¡Viva mercado libre!

    This isn’t too revealing

A couple of years ago, illegals decided to stage a one day walkout to show Los Angeles residents we could not get along without them. Traffic was so much better that we have been trying to get them to stage another protest but no luck.

Convenient for the staff when they’re taking lunch breaks.

Short version or long version?  My tolerance for drum solos tops out at about 60 seconds.

Jon Gabriel, Ed.: Marco Gutierrez, the founder (and I assume only member) of Latinos for Trump.

Trump is quite confident he is going to win the Latino vote

“If I get the nomination, I’ll win the Latino vote,” Trump vowed.  “I will create jobs, and the Latinos will have jobs that they don’t have right now, and I will win that vote.”

Of course, Trump also said “There’s nobody that has more respect for women than I do” so I’m not entirely sure he knows the actual definition of the words (the best words) that come out of his mouth.

Campaign Promise: Trump promised that there would be a wall and the Mexicans will pay for it …done.

Gutierrez sounds confused!  His culture is dominant?  How so?  And where?
