If DT suffers a heart attack, stroke, etc., and CANNOT continue as the Republican nominee, does Cruz become the nominee, as the one with the next highest delegate count? Same question applied to HRC—does Sanders become the nominee of the Democrats? Has this situation ever occurred? Published in General
