This is the only optimistic thing I’ve seen. Doubling is easy when you’re at one but I’ll take any upwardly moving graph I can get.
Take what you can get and build on that. The Left follows this strategy with success: just make sure it’s a ratchet.
Exactly. Some programs (Arizona, Florida, New Hampshire, etc.) expand automatically over time. Others remain stuck in “whisker” status indefinitely. My concern is that some politicians pass a tiny pilot program with no “escalator” provision, put a notch in their belt, and then forget about it.
The left is pro-choice only for killing children, not educating them.
