Contest! Who Can Guess What Debate Question Nabela Noor Will Ask Republican Candidates?

While the media allows Donald Trump vs. Megyn Kelly to obscure the far more important issues they should be focused on like Cowboys Lives Matter, we have to be careful of them slipping other awful things past us too … Like Nabela Noor.

Fox News and Google, co-parents of Thursday’s unwanted step-child Republican debate, created the following advertisement. Look closely at the end for 3 announced questioners whose claim to fame is that they are “YouTube stars”:

If it’s political insight I want, I usually go find the nearest person whose résumé consists of knowing where the “publish now” button is on YouTube. Oh, and they have to be YouTube stars whose “fame” is not in any way connected to politics.

Good grief.

I want you all to take a look at young Nebela Noor’s “Dear America” letter, then have a glass of Brioschi, then promise not to kill the messenger who made you watch this:

Hey! Don’t swing that at me! I’m just the messenger!

To us, her anti-Christian bigotry is obvious by her attempts to equate bad things to Christianity sans factual basis to do so. You know how very long it’s been since someone’s response to Islamic terror is to claim Christians are just as bad? Why, you’d have to go all the way back to Barack Obama bringing up the Crusades.

So here is a woman who doesn’t know the KKK was not a religious movement but the para-military arm of the Democrat party. She can’t seem to understand the difference between a nun voluntarily wearing a habit and Muslim woman getting her back lashed for not wearing a Burqa. She cites mass killings by Christians without naming one and then Godwin’s Donald Trump.

But hey, she speaks like a Valley Girl so assimilation will be undeniable!

By the way — she’s too old to put interrogative, upward intonations at the end of declarative sentences. It drives me nuts and makes her sound even more dumb than the content of her remarks.

She avows the five pillars of Islam but is conspicuously silent on her view of Sharia’s hudud penalties, you know, like compassionately jailing a woman for being raped or gently dropping a gay man from a tall building.

But she does hit all the right buzzwords and phrases like Islamophobia, I’m afraid, and I’m an American too, so we have to spend precious question time letting her ask one.

Who the hell is running the show over at Fox News? Is Jerry Hall really that distracting?

So, which of you can guess what Nabela’s insightful, must-hear question will be?

Ooof, this could get ugly. She is in over her heard. My guess is that she believes she knows enough about the candidates to deliver a zinger on tolerance towards Muslims (apparently pronounced Mooz-lm). With Mr. Trump out of the debate, she will unwittingly field it to Sen. Cruz. It will be a headline moment. There may even be tears.

Apparently the only lesson Fox News drew from the GOP debate debacle back in October with CNBC was that drama brings in the viewers.

Trump is beginning to look rather shrewd and a bit prescient by choosing to avoid what is shaping up to be quite the circus. Perhaps other candidates should consider joining him.

That is a massive-lot of makeup she has there in the background.   People should think more about their backgrounds before recording and posting to the internet.

They should invite that ditzy YouTube lady who once posted a video asking if dogs have brains.

Was the cereal in the bathtub lady busy tomorrow night?  At least she’s creative.

This is just brain rottingly stupid.  I was thinking about watching, but I won’t dignify Fox with the ratings.  I will, however, be on the chat to share some snark with my fellow Ricochetti.

I really doubt that. Everyone there… Cruz included… will probably go out of their way to toe the “Islam is a religion of peace” line. Everyone will be PC and as non-offensive as possible.

I just got done telling someone the same thing who told me the other candidates can “handle her.”   I fear we may actually hear an apology for taking back the Iberian peninsula.

Is this because of the bad rep of the GOP thanks to someone floating the idea of banning all Muslims?

Good thing Trump won’t be there because if he criticized Noor we would have half of Ricochet telling us that she is a serious journalist who is just doing her job.

My prediction: before her actual question she will give a loooooong runup along the lines of her video above, citing many illusory hate crimes against American Muslims, then ask : “What does it say about the constituency of the Republican Party, that polls show that the majority of its people favor a candidate who would isolate a religious minority and ban its members from entering the United States?”

And the person who would hit it out of the park would be Carly, because she’s that smart & prepared, plus she’s a woman and it would not look like she was a bully – but she probably won’t even be on the main stage.  So you know they’ll give it to someone who will light into Trump, like Bush. And he will bungle it.

Absent one particular member on the dais, an entrapment question about Muslims will seem all the more ridiculous and unfair.

I was working for 2 solid months on that column I published on Fox a week ago (I wrote about it here –  the one about the company selling Sharia Mortgages).

That’s all original research.  It was actually twice as long as what was printed.  Had to edit it way down, but I’m going to make several more columns out of it.

    Thanks for noticing!

The candidates can nip this whole thing in the bud by all agreeing to wear matching burqas and carry white boards for providing answers. Neither seen nor heard in solidarity with the truly oppressed of the world.

Well, there was that case of arson at a mosque in Houston.

But the police arrested a congregantand the story just sort of went away.

(I’ve sat through some interminable sermons in my day, but other than resisting the temptation of pulling the fire alarm, I never responded like that.)

The reply to that is always “That is not true Islam” when speaking to Westerners. Speaking among themselves, that’s something else. But a pretty good rule of thumb about any kind of unsavory bits of Islamic culture is always the “not true Islam” answer. And with the western media, that answer shuts down questioning like flicking a light switch off.
