The scandals are all quite real. The Obama administration is crying wolf. The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, Rush Limbaugh, The Neo-Cons, and most of all Buuussssshhhhh!!!
We live in a deconstructionist nihilist intellectual environment that can’t quite wrap its head around the reality of fact. At some point we may wake up and realize that if we rationalize away one more egregious breach of the Constitution then we will not have a Constitutional Republic to live in anymore. America will die not with a bang but a whimper.
I have no idea which scandal or when the breaking point would be. If and when about 15 Democratic Senators are ready to rid themselves of the emperor in the White House then we will see.
Till then it is a hall of mirrors.
