Contributor Post Created with Sketch. The Libertarian Podcast: Obamacare at the Supreme Court

Well, today’s the day. The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments this morning in King v. Burwell, the case that could upend Obamacare by finding that the text of the law doesn’t provide for subsidies on exchanges run by the federal government. This week on The Libertarian podcast, we provide you all the pre-game coverage you need, as Professor Epstein considers the contending legal arguments, looks at how the fallout from a ruling against the Obama Administration could affect Republicans, and handicaps the prospects of getting Justice Kennedy or Chief Justice Roberts to rule against the White House. Listen in below or subscribe to The Libertarian via iTunes or your favorite podcast app.

Troy, why don’t you run the Libertarian podcast the way you do Law Talk? I.e., “. . . joined as usual by Richard Epstein, the ______________ of libertarianism.” “. . .the libertarian himself . . . ” suggests that RE is the only libertarian. I so look forward to the pairings on Law Talk and would like something to look forward to on the Libertarian, other than the content.

Thanks, Joseph. Ricochet has a certain *sensibility* that allows us to play a little bit more. As you might imagine, that’s less desirable in the think tank world. Also, “The Libertarian” is the title of Richard’s Hoover column and, thus, the podcast. I’m just working with the branding that was already in place.
