On a recent episode of the American Enterprise Institute’s Banter podcast, hosts Stu James and Janine Nichols sat down with our own Rob Long and James Lileks to discuss their contributions to the new book, The Seven Deadly Virtues: 18 Conservative Writers on Why the Virtuous Life is Funny as Hell.

Does anyone know if there is an online community dedicated to finding and scanning old pieces of analog culture (as James Lileks describes here)? An individual’s collection of matchbooks, photographs and vinyls might be hoarding, an online resource and database might be useful for data-mining.
Not sure if I’m confused about what is supposed to be in this podcast, but the file is only 18 minutes long and doesn’t include Rob or James, just a short discussion of the book. Nice audio quality though.
You played part one. Part 2 is in the blue box.
Ricochet as think tank. This is something we should all remember.
Good pitch.
The “here” link does not go to the audio, but to the Amazon page for the book.
What podcast? What blue box? “here” is just a link to Ama_SOLDOUT_zon.
First link. Banter podcast.
Part 2 is here.
ah- ha! gracias Yeti and Casey. Saturday morning is off to a lovely start.
