The Libertarian Podcast: Aereo and the Supreme Court

Now that we’ve had the NLRB and McCullen cases decided, most of the focus on the Supreme Court has drifted away from the decision earlier this week about Aereo, the company whose streaming of broadcast television put them on the wrong side of all of the major networks. Earlier this week, the Court essentially put Aereo out of business. On this episode of The Libertarian, Professor Epstein breaks down the case, wrestles with Justice Scalia’s dissent, and explains why he’s not pessimistic about the law’s ability to keep up with changes in technology.

Why are none of the new Hoover podcasts appearing on iTunes? I can’t find them either in podcasts or iTunes U. i hold you personally responsible, Troy.

Hoover does occasionally add individual podcasts to their iTunes U feed. The serial podcasts like The Libertarian and Strategika have consistently added several recent episodes at once. The new Peregrine podcast seems to be following the same pattern with the first three editions appearing together last Monday.

Why is there no RSS/iTunes subscription links for these Hoover podcasts/iTunes U classes/whatever they are?
