An Open Letter to Pam Bondi, RFK, Jr., and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya
It may be high time to arrest doctors – whether pediatricians, surgeons, plastic surgeons, and other specialists – who have butchered children and confused adolescents, knowingly prescribed hormone blockers that they knew would permanently sterilize their patients and conducted skin grafts from patients’ bodies to fabricate non-functioning genitalia. The medical profession has been corrupted by unfounded, unsubstantiated, and outright fraudulent science that is being used by greedy and ethically vacuous doctors and some hospitals and clinics to justify physically and emotionally scarring young people, many of whom will sadly commit suicide when they realize the mistake they’ve made, or realize that the parents that they trusted allowed them to be used as guinea pigs for medical experimentation based on lies.
Too many of these butchers are still practicing medicine at prestigious hospitals and institutions, causing irreversible harm. When confronted these medical professionals are often evasive or openly dishonest about the effects of hormone blockers, or the gender transition surgeries to remove breasts or genitals or affix fake genitalia. The corruption goes deep and there needs to be constant pressure at every level to purge the medical profession from this evil practice.
The current Biden-Harris Department of Justice is attempting to penalize and possibly incarcerate a Dallas doctor who blew the whistle on a Texas Children’s Hospital that profited from cutting off the breasts and genitals of children. It’s beyond shocking to consider how many more young people would have been butchered and sterilized if Donald Trump had not defeated transgender advocate Kamala Harris and the political party that promotes this butchery.
The cultural aspects of what happened on November 5th should not be minimized. Clearly the majority of Americans were tired and angry about being lied to for years about any number of issues. Lied to about Americans left behind in Afghanistan. Lied to about Joe Biden’s mental cognition. Lied to about how the southern border was secure. Lied to about the economy. But perhaps more fundamentally lied to that men can menstruate and need tampons and that women can have penises. The acceptance and celebration of these lies is rampant in public schools, on talk shows, TV shows, even several Disney movies and series; and was exemplified by the transgenders in the Biden-Harris administration or the idiocy espoused by Tim Walz.
For those who may question the legal basis for prosecuting medical professionals and parents responsible for the butchery and sterilization of children, there are state laws in every state that protect minors from mental, physical, and sexual abuse of which this can clearly be categorized. It’s time to bring these butchers and quacks in the medical arena to account and to strip them of their licenses to practice medicine, to fine them, and whenever possible to incarcerate them in prison so they can do no more harm.

I have seen this charlatan doctor before. I can’t remember if Matt was interviewing her. She’s a liar and child abuser as far as I’m concerned. I’m outraged ever time I see people like her.
It sure would be nice if any messages like this get to the people they’re meant for.
She makes Josef Mengele look like an amateur.
Do you propose arresting doctors and throwing them in prison without charging them for violating any specific statutes?
My neighbor has a yard sign that says “Protect Trans Kids” I think we have a different idea of what that means.
For those who may question the legal basis for prosecuting medical professionals and parents responsible for the butchery and sterilization of children, there are state laws in every state that protect minors from mental, physical, and sexual abuse of which this clearly can be categorized.
When authority figures, a parent and a medical professional, coerce a minor child that by cutting off their genitalia or taking hormone blockers that will permanently sterilize them, and that by submitting to these procedures they can become the opposite gender and minimize the possibility for suicide these are lies and such coercion, sterilization, and butchery is clearly a criminal activity that falls under federal and state child abuse statutes for which the parent(s) and medical professionals should be prosecuted.
From NBC News:
In Missouri:
At some point, it’s highly likely that this will be tested at the Supreme Court level. That’s when the fraudulent science support the butchery and sterilization will be front and center.
Republicans on the Hill, since they will have majorities in both chambers, would be wise next term to solidify this with specific federal legislation that makes gender transition surgeries and the prescription of hormone blockers illegal for minors despite parental involvement.

Reminds me of the old “reality is a crutch for people who can’t handle drugs.”
Also, destroy all the medical associations that back child sexual mutilation: AMA, APA, AAP, …
Oh, yes, it can be categorized any such way, but those are quite general categories and it’s my impression from watching lefties that it’s hard to get a conviction solely on such vague categories. IANAL but the more specific you can be, the better, it seems. And if you did try to get a conviction on such vague categories but failed, that might make it harder for your cause in the future, until more specific statutes are enacted.
Can the new administration’s HHS exercise any authority over entities which provide hospitals with their “accreditation” credentials?
Perhaps analogously to the proposed DOE effort to reform accrediting agencies in higher education in order to eliminate DEI and get education back to educating, could it get hospitals out of receiving any federal funds (Medicare, Medicaid, and the rest) unless they shun the business of mutilating minors and other ghoulish atrocities?
Do you suppose these “doctors” or their medical facilities have malpractice insurance?
Do you suppose they will much longer?
I honestly don’t know. Maybe there are woke insurance companies. I’ll betcha the premiums are pricey. They’re going to need to be.
Gotta be honest, getting folks arrested by using vague terms and vague laws seems to be a great way to find your own side getting railroaded into the clink when those winds of change fill the sails of the next election cycle. Maybe use that energy to enact laws that more specifically prevent kids from being mangled before they are old enough to make that decision on their own as silly as it may be.
Money damages, if that’s all you can get, are quite appropriate here, to put the offenders out of business. It’s not as effective with bad cops, prosecutors, and judges because they don’t pay the damages themselves, not even in terms of insurance premiums. (And they have the guns, etc.) THOSE outlaws need PRISON.
I can’t agree enough with Brian. The adult gender confused patients (whom I used to see regularly) needed psychiatric therapy first and foremost. It must be terribly depressing for a boy to hate himself so deeply that he would try to become a girl, or vice versa.
It seems to me – and has for many years – that the main issue is that no one can possibly know that they SHOULD BE the opposite sex. Because they can’t possibly know what that actually is like. The most they can know is that they don’t feel right how they are, and that calls for psychiatric treatment etc, not surgery.
I believe these gender transition practices will be seen as the 21st century’s Tuskegee experiment. It is clearly, irrefutably medical malpractice to sterilize and mutilate ANYONE of any age for any reason. We don’t allow doctors to cripple people with body dysphoria (cutting off otherwise healthy limbs), we certainly shouldn’t allow this. Start by making it a crime punishable with long prison sentences for performing such atrocities on children. But, then make it illegal to do it to anyone.
These people are mentally disturbed. They need therapy, not surgical or chemical castration.
That’s not going to happen. Ricochet is a shadow of what it used to be.
Additional video added to the OP.
Pam Bondi needs to perhaps establish an entirely new additional Civil Rights Division that only goes after bad cops, prosecutors, and judges.
Don’t read this if you drinking or eating: it’s too graphic.
The operations that are on going are being performed, at least in some cases, by doctors who have little training in the art of surgically creating a vagina where before there wasn’t one. Because of their lack of experience, the male to female transitioners end up stuck with huge mistakes.
The poor teens and pre-teens are told that when the surgery is completed, they will possess the functioning sex organs of a woman. But in some cases, the vagina is so poorly fashioned that it is nothing more than a second rectum, which fills up with poop that oozes out. Now the person not only is missing their penis, he smells bad almost constantly.
This is a malpractice case surely. But young people trying to face off against a doctor or else a couple of clinic or hospital attorneys is going to be given reassurance that eventually things will straighten out or whatever. So for now, Missy, shut up and go away.
And while you’re at it, throw that mentally disturbed man who thinks he’s a woman and dresses up like an admiral in the clink as well. He promotes this garbage as a public health good. Richard Levine is a monster.
I like to drop this where appropriate:

While the Medical profession is culpable in this circumstance, the guilt goes far beyond Medicine.
My professional society (The Endocrine Society) is among the most culpable, as it is the professional society for those who deliver gender affirming ‘care’ to adolescents, which it emphatically supports. As I have mentioned previously, Endocrine Society guidelines affirm the practices under discussion here, while acknowledging that there is essentially no good evidence for those guidelines. It should be front and center among those held accountable.
In February, 2021, the Endocrine Society wrote a letter in support of Rachel Levine’s nomination to Assistant Secretary of HHS, full of effusive praise for her professionalism and achievements, including praise for her performance as Pennsylvanias Health Secretary in dealing with COVID (this was truly a bridge too far, as Dr. Levine’s performance in Pennsylvania was about on par with, or even more lethal than, Gov Cuomo’s performance in New York). Included in that letter (over the signature of then President of the Endocrine Society Dr. Gary Hammer of the University of Michigan) was mention of the fact that Dr. Levine participated in a plenary session on Transgender Medicine at the Annual Meeting of the Endocrine Society in 2017. Hammer praised her speech and contributions to transgender medicine.
I attended that session, unfortunately. I found Dr. Levine’s speech completely fatuous, overly personal, non scientific, more of an asinine advocacy speech than a scientific presentation. Totally political. Actually disgusting. Inappropriate for a scientific conclave.
In my opinion, Dr. Levine has used her Transgender status to advance her career, with little in the way of an scientific or public health achievement to merit her rise, in a similar fashion that Elizabeth Warren used her Native American ancestry to aid her hiring and rise at Harvard. My opinion I believe was confirmed by Dr. Levine’s management of COVID in Pennsylvania. She should be up there with Fauci, Collins, and the CDC officials, along with Cuomo, if anyone is ever to be held liable for the Public Health approach to COVID .
She has pushed incessantly for “gender-affirming care” and demanded an approach that is the most harmful possible for adolescents, eg, the insistence that transgender status when claimed by an adolescent should be immediately affirmed by one and all, by schools, health officials, parents (who will be at peril if they do otherwise). That is the exact opposite of appropriate care for a confused adolescent.
But the entirety of the woke Left has pushed what is undeniably a social contagion of immense proportions. And the Left continues to push it when almost every Western country has abandoned the hormonal and surgical treatment of adolescents claiming transgender status. How do you hold a whole segment of society accountable? A Truth and Reconciliation process? This entire social contagion, a man made disaster, intentionally perpetrated, is certainly as perverse than South African Apartheid was. Of course, it will be far more difficult to get any Transgender activist to acknowledge any error at all, than it was to get de Clerk to acknowledge the evils of Apartheid.
From my perspective, defeating Kamala Harris was essential for any possibility at all of dealing with the adolescent transgender social contagion the nation faces. RFK, Jr. is on record opposing transgender hormonal and surgical treatment of adolescents. I wish him all success in combatting this contagion.
Dr. Levine is not a “her.” He is not a woman. “She” never did anything. He is not a “she.”
I strongly recommend against adopting the language of the other side.
I agree with this.
The various medical professions have utterly failed as self-regulating organizations. I have not looked into all of the details, but as I understand it, these so-called “treatments” were approved and authorized by the leading medical organizations in psychology, psychiatry, surgery, and general medicine.
I will go further.
This is an obvious failure of capitalism. It was the unregulated market that gave us this horror. The only viable answer that I see is government regulation.
If we’re going to arrest doctors, why shouldn’t we arrest parents, too?
Generally speaking, when these mutilations were performed on children, their parents went along with it. They were told to be “accepting.” They were afraid, apparently, to put their feet down and insist that my son is my son, not my daughter — or, more often, my daughter was my daughter, not my son. It would have taken courage to do so.
Agree with most of your post, except for referring to Richard Levine as a “she” and employing “her” in reference thereto.
