DJT and Theo Von: Praise the Lord
Any Theo Von fans out there?
At Barron’s suggestion, DJT spent time with Theo Von Tuesday on Theo’s podcast, This Past Weekend. An environment where DJT shines; by the end, I wanted to give both DJT and Theo a hug. I found their discussion about addiction to be particularly moving. My entire family has been fans of Theo’s for years; my youngest discovered him in the bowels of the Internet years ago, and got all his siblings on board. Everyone, even JY and me, have seen him live multiple times. Only daughter might have reached “stalker” stage (she lives near The Mothership).
BTW, I have actually hugged Theo (it was during Covid—almost a revolutionary act.) And just a warning, while Theo minded his manners admirably (although I do think he called DJT “dude” at one point, and possibly “Donald” at another), he should come with a standard language warning.
Theo is very generous doing selfies with fans; somewhere I’ve got pics with him with all my sons at the Icehouse in Pasadena, possibly one with JY and me. But I’ll include a pic of the person with the looks in the family: only daughter. (No idea who the photo-bombing guy is.)
Theo is great and he can talk to anyone. Sometimes, you have no idea where the second half of his sentence will end up since he can be so random.
Theo has some range. I see he also did an interview with Bernie Sanders.
