Deep State Plan B Underway?

If I were a nefarious high-level Deep State villain watching President Joey Boombatz stumble through every public outing I would start to identify strongly with him each time he craps his pants because looking at the polls, I would be feeling a tad loose in the bowels myself.

Plan A was to cripple Trump with lawfare and run on Jan. 6 plus abortion with full media support. Who knew that Jan. 6 would be so five minutes ago to everybody in the USA but Rachel Maddow and the panel on The View?  Who knew that lawfare would only appeal to the Dem hardcore and tick off everybody else?  Who knew that open borders, inflation, and insane woke ideologues in government would matter— wasn’t the media supposed to hide all that?

Because we opted for this approach, we are in very deep kimchee if Trump wins.

Clearly, it is time for a Plan B.  Here is what I would propose to my fellow Deep State villains:

  • Kamala must be neutralized first. An immediate killer scandal, an engineered embarrassment so profound that even she notices afterward how dumb it was, must be affected.  She has to be taken off the board. Her staff members would likely welcome the opportunity to tank her political future. I recommend that those tasked with this mission first watch Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
  • With the way cleared for a total replacement at the top of the ticket, a team must distract the First Lady and separate her from the target for a full day. The target must then be allowed to engage with a select group of apparently random but highly diverse-looking US citizens, including some parents with their 11 to 12-year-old daughters.  He is to be told privately they are foreign ambassadors and let the hijinks begin–for two hours.  The resulting video excerpts will go viral.
  • Party leaders are to be privately warned that a precipitating event is underway. Shrinks and legal experts on the 25th Amendment will be dispatched to make statements on cable news shows and lay the groundwork. Party leaders will make the trip down Pennsylvania Ave to issue an ultimatum—drop out or be ousted as unfit.
  • We will already have pre-selected the least well-known, least overtly ideological, least repulsive Democratic governor as the prospective nominee. To begin the process, the following names would be immediately taken OFF the list of prospective nominees:

Evers (WI)
Healey (MA)
Hobbs (AZ)
Hochul (NY)
Inslee (WA)
Kotek (OR)
Murphy (NJ)
Newsome (CA)
Pritzker (IL)
Walz (MN)
Whitmer (MI)

  • Our nominee would then decry the Biden economic failures without being terribly precise about actual alternative plans. The lack of border security would also be criticized, again without any specifics. The media would unite in the mandatory talking point of a fresh start for America once we are free of both the Biden incompetence and the divisive Trump drama.
  • Because he/she will be a rank outsider, we would own the nominee, control all critical appointments, and finish the mission of the Great Transformation.  The bow-tie types at Heritage or AEI can whine all they want about the “Administrative State” but after 2024 (and some SCOTUS appointments), we will rule forever–and even arrest those bow-tied losers if we feel like it.

    I concur.

Kamala was very unpopular here in Calif, among real people. Sure all the party bigwigs loved her. But everyday people did not.

I suspect that numerous nasty situations that she has been a big part of have been hidden from view.

Whether there is anyone out there that currently holds a file on her and is about to go public, I can’t say.

But that’s already known, and doesn’t seem to matter.  Maybe the People’s Republic of California was just relieved to be rid of her.

Among other facts that Byrne released in his article about Feinstein were these:

    Peter Byrne notes:

“Feinstein supervised the appropriation of billions of dollars a year for specific military construction projects. Two defense contractors whose interests were largely controlled by her husband, financier Richard C. Blum, benefited from decisions made by Feinstein as leader of this powerful subcommittee.

“Each year, MILCON’s members decide which military construction projects will be funded from a roster proposed by the Department of Defense. Contracts to build these specific projects are subsequently awarded to such major defense contractors as Halliburton, Fluor, Parsons, Louis Berger, URS Corporation, and Perini Corporation. From 1997 through the end of 2005, with Feinstein’s knowledge, Blum was a majority owner of both URS Corp. and Perini Corp.”

That is verbatim off a file I’ve kept on my HD.

From memory, she also managed to “leak” National Security Agency info that she received from her being on a top NSA committee in Congress, over to her husband so that he would know with certainty where the war efforts in Iraq would be coming up. He then scanned that list to see if any of those places had already been demolished or semi-demolished. Then he would bid on “reconstruction” projects for those locations. Not surprisingly, given Feinstein’s connections, his bids were usually approved.

Since those specific projects would be blown sky high later on, he could claim that work had begun and he was out X amount of dollars due to the misfortune of the reconstruction being targeted.

    Lather rinse repeat.

It’s been said in the past that if black support for Democrats goes below 90%, they lose.  Right now it seems like Trump’s black support is over 20%, perhaps over 30%, and I don’t think putting Kamala in the top slot would change that.

I’ll stand by my prediction from months ago: The Demo-rat Powers-That-Be will forget the presidency and concentrate on winning the House and Senate by the largest margins they can manage. Make certain that Trump has to govern via Executive Order and fight him to a stand-still on each and every one. Plan on 2028. Force Trump to use the veto on their proposals and blame him for every one.

The Democrats don’t have a deep bench today from what I can see. Who will take Newsom seriously? Yes, he is tall, but how does “I’ll do to the U. S. what I’ve done to California” translate to a winning campaign? I admit I haven’t kept up with Demo-rat offerings other than hearing a few repubs — Ted Cruz was one, I believe — say that Michelle will parachute in at the convention. In four years they can lay groundwork for someone, but who is available on short notice?

Edit: Reading through some comments, I agree that it would be a bad look to dump Kamala The Female POC. That’s another reason to ride it out. The loss can be blamed on bad candidates and not bad/unpopular policies.

I think the odds are very high that the Dems will replace Biden on the ticket…don’t know how they’ll do it, but they are motivated by power and money, and will find a way.

The danger is that a lot of people who have been repelled by this administration and leaning toward Trump will think, “Oh, it’s OK now, I can vote Democrat”…but the bad policy and malevolence are embedded in today’s Dem party, not just Biden.

That’s been my response to some people who think that Trump still wins easily even if Biden is replaced by, for example, Gavin Newsom.  Or in 2028 if Trump wins this time.  Despite what he’s done to the People’s Republic of California, a sizable share of people will be told – and will believe – “But this time it’s DIFFERENT!”  And there are many people who, after a Republican term (or two) has gotten things going better, will always think it’s safe to slip in a Dimocrat so they can feel good about themselves voting for the first “black woman president” or whatever, and the economy will just keep chugging along the same as it has been.

Don’t underestimate what Rush Limbaugh called “the arousal factor” as exemplified by Sunny Hostin who wants Newsom to run because “he’s so pretty to look at”. In a close election, those people might make the difference.

I’m aware of that.  I even take it farther, I think it’s possible that Janet Napolitano won the election for governor of Arizona over her Republican opponent because people like (the name of) ice cream (Neapolitan) more than fish (Matt Salmon).

Whoever the Dem candidate is, the Republicans need to go seriously on the offensive re the ‘defending democracy’ thing, and point out strongly that today’s Dems are not only very authoritarian–the assaults on the free speech, the use of executive edicts to undercut the legislative function–but they go beyond that into outright totalitarian tendencies.

Bad ideas and bad candidates. How do they do what they manage to do? I think action by groups(collectivism) is an automatic advantage over Republican voters who act more independently. Democrats manage to neutralize that advantage with the noted bad choices all around. And their supply is bad as well.

    I think I’ve told this before, but…

The first time I heard something like this was from an elderly relative of my wife.  Maebelle was a career woman, had worked in intelligence in WWII, and even had her own detective agency for a time.  She was a truly strong, independent woman.

This conversation occurred back in the ’90s.  Aunt Maebelle was in her late 70s or early 80s but kept abreast of politics and always made sure to vote.  She told me, “I hate to be hard on my sex, but I’d give up my right to vote just to deny it from all the women who voted for Clinton simply because they secretly want to sleep with him!”  She truly believed that giving women the vote was a mistake.

Most folks think in terms of persons, not policies.  Get rid of Biden-Harris and there will be a 10% swing to the Democrats.

Probably not going to work with Mayor Pete.

Toxic masculinity won’t be an issue with Mayor Pete. Now that I think about it, probably not with Newsom either.
