Don’t Miss Out!
I am officially announcing the termination of my proposed development project of a tropical resort on the shores of Baffin Bay. Apparently, despite enormous media promotion efforts, there is still insufficient belief among the general public for the rate of rapid global warming required to make this project saleable. I apologize to those of you who did invest but to be clear, the agreement expressly says there are no refunds. The provision about a portion of your investment contributed to BLM is not tax-deductable because if you read the addendum, “BLM” is the acronym for a private Delaware entity (“Bucks Leveraged by Me, Inc.”)
But the good news is that opportunities created by our friends on the left still abound. In fact, the largest urban real estate deal in history is about to unfold. Thiry-six acres of prime Manhattan land is about to go to market. A once-great university has gone completely into the crapper and now is the time to get in on the ground floor and pitch your tent on this opportunity. The echoes of “From the river to the sea” have faded but did open up a tract from “from the Hudson River to Amsterdam Avenue.” Not as catchy, but a much better investment. Take a look at the plans below and contact me ASAP for the prospectus before you are excluded.

I have to say Mr. Old Bathos, for such a distinguished and honorable person, you sure make a tremendous sleazeball grifter! Where did you learn this skillset?
Military training. One of the great ironies is that the United States Army is committed to defending our way of life, including the free enterprise system but is itself remarkably hostile to its own members conducting free enterprise activities, so adaptations and novel skill sets are required…
Hmm…
From the Hudson to the East River, Manhattan will be free!
Nope. I have it on good authority (Greta & Co.) that Baffin Bay properties will soon be under deep waters.
Plan B was the Lex Luthor strategy of claiming to buy up future beachfront properties in north central PA and WVa. However, too many people can still do math and most also notice that none of this has been happening as promised. On the upside, given the state of American education, a generation of complete suckers is on the way–I mean, if they bought what Hamas is selling, the sky’s the limit for grifters and demagogues. But the downside is that the imposition of collective stupidity will kill the economy and greatly limit available funds.
Geeze. Bad timing. The Manhattan real estate market is saturated and about to go sour.
Then just turn the buildings into housing for
illegal alienstreasured visitors and bill the city hotel rates. Cha-Ching, baby!
