If You Love Life, Love CO2

Normal atmosphere is now at 400 ppm. CO2 is an essential gas: without it, plants do not live. Plants thrive best at 1,500 ppm — and they grow twice as fast as a result. All plant life dies with CO2 below 150 ppm.

The Sahara Desert alone has shrunk 700,000 sq km – 8% – in three decades. The earth is greener than it has been in 1,000 years. source.

So those of us who produce CO2 – by exhaling or driving cars, for example, are contributing to life. The world has been greening as a result. The fossil fuels we burn mean that there is more life in the world! CO2 is not the enemy, unless you live in a death cult.

Oh, wait.

The only way to make aquarium plants really look good is to supplement the CO2 by bubbling it in the water.   Beer and wine are both better with a little CO2. (Bud Light would require nitrous or ether)

It is truly amazing that hating the stuff plants breathe is considered green.

The Supreme Court of the United States of America determined in 2007 that carbon dioxide is a pollutant. So there!

I made a homemade still out of a 2 liter soda bottle and piped it into my aquarium filter.  Sometimes  I would see a leaf putting out a bubble of oxygen per second.  I would get an inch of growth on a good day.

I’ll believe the greenies are serious when they outlaw all fermented beverages.

Or they ruled the administrative state could decide it was a pollutant.

For a while, when I still had some lefties on my FB feed, I would put up a poll to ask them the following question. The results were always heavily in favor of choices 1 through 3.

Please describe by vote the actual amount of CO2 in our troubled atmosphere:

    1. At or around 50%
    2. Over 50%
    3. between 20 and 30%
    4. At 5%
    5. Some other percentage under 3%

It should be noted that “philanthropist” Bill Gates is now heavily touting his “progressive” zero % tolerance for any CO2.

I firmly support such intolerance if the first measure to be undertaken involves duct taping off the CO2 producing mouths and nasal passages of  such philanthropists. (Starting of course, with Gates himself and then followed by Schwab, Soros, Fauci, Birx etc.)

Once their CO2 production has been eliminated, we can then ignore all other CO2 reducing efforts and go back to living our lives. Without reducing their CO2 output, we will see more seizures of Midwestern farmers’ property in the 2000 mile, 5 state  range where farms are to be turned into landscapes hollowed out to allow for “environmental tunnels for ethanol.” The tunnels will necessitate knocking out pasture for cows and other cattle, as well as removing the earth where crops to feed the planet are being  grown.

This issue has united farmers and ranchers with Native Americans, against US governmental agencies.

See also the many agencies across the EU and the UK where Bill Gates-influenced governmental agencies and bodies demand the immediate removal of 200,000 cows per small nation to help with lowering CO2 and methanol.
