How Does Identity Politics Work if You Can Change Your Identity?

Surely someone on the left anticipated this problem.  Surely.  Or, perhaps, leftists are as short-sighted and closed-minded as they appear.  Surely not.  But then again, as soon as Rachel Dolezal went from cute blonde girl to black leader of the NAACP, surely the left realized that they had a problem.  Surely.

But they soldier on.  You’ve got to admire their tireless efforts.  Leftists seem determined to convince everyone that they are bonkers.  Or perhaps stupid.  And they continue to win elections.  Or, perhaps, they continue to ‘win’ ‘elections.’  I guess I don’t know.  But their master plan seems to be working.  Which seems odd, because they seem to have no master plan.

Surely they anticipated the problems with identity politics, once they decided that anyone can change their identity at any time.  And if they didn’t anticipate that, Rachel tried to explain it to them years ago, the way Mr. Webb is now.

Surely someone on the left has a plan.  Surely.

Or perhaps not.

And if white privilege is really a thing, why don’t more people simply identify as white? A dark skinned white person is still more believable than a woman with a penis.

That’s it! All blacks should identify as white and then they’d have access to our privilege!

You’ll notice that even Obama, who was born to a white woman and raised by his white mother and white grandparents, only identifies as black. Affirmative action > White privilege.

That always bothered me. The idea that a half-white half-black person was all black came from slavery so slave owners could keep light-skinned slaves. I also feel it is wrong to deny the heritage of one of your parents. Especially if is the side that fed, raised and educated you.

Obama’s African ancestors were likely to have owned slaves.

For a guy who always put forward his half-blackness as making him a black man, he certainly seems to have little inclination to do anything for all his wealth that might aid his real-life half-brother and other relatives in Kenya.

I suspect that most of the women that advocate for transgender inclusion for men in their sports are reaching the end of their own careers on the playing field. In other words, they won’t have to compete with men. It allows them to remain in the spotlight and remain relevant with virtue signaling. They’ve already earned their medals, trophies, and money in their respective sports.

One notable exception from this all too accurate depiction should be called out for her courage on bucking the accepted virtue signaling … Martina Navratilova [link].

I’d like my poker playing brother in law to employ the new strategy and register as a woman to play in the women’s poker tournaments. Wouldn’t that raise his ranking? Maybe a couple of men should sign up to play in the WNBA. I’m sure Griner would welcome the wholesome competition.

We could end this pretty quickly. All that needs to happen is for us to embrace transgenderism. Then it wouldn’t be cool any more and we could just go back to boys and girls.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way.  It isn’t important for you to say 2+2=5.   It is important that you internalize that 2+2 is whatever the left says it is.  Once you have internalized the lie they have you.

Why are there separate tournaments for men’s and women’s poker?

Is there some gender difference/ability that can be exploited?

So there is no crying in poker?

The problem is that it’s all a power game. I truly wish they cared about the inconsistencies and cognitive dissonance. I agree that we need to push back, and humor is great. But we need to gain and exercise power without apology, same as they do.

This ^^^ the power game. That is the point of it all, the unifying theory that makes congruent all the leftist insanity with all its irrationality and contradictions.

It is beyond bewildering that few on the left can even understand how irrational they are.

I will post something on twitter, and two or three Lefties come on with ad hominem attacks.

I point out if they feel they need to debate me, to start with citations showing that I am wrong.

So then they bring on some more ad hominem attacks.

Equally humorous is sometimes one of them will bring forward a citation – and even though by now 90% of centrists understand Fauci was wrong, the FDA, CDC, NIH were wrong -those are the exact entities they turn to as citations.

Dr. Bastiat: Surely they anticipated the problems with identity politics, once they decided that anyone can change their identity at any time.

I believe our identity is defined in the womb, but I do admit to questioning the identity of a few people I’ve seen, especially in the last couple of years. I honestly and truly couldn’t tell the identity of the person who checked me out yesterday at the grocery store. What befuddles me is whether that person intentionally achieved that look or was born that way. In either case, something went haywire along the way.

Theo Colburn explained it all back in the 1990’s. Her work with reptiles showed that low level pesticide exposures resulted in frogs and lizards that were hermaphrodites, with male reptiles with miniscuel non-functioning penises, lowered sperm count and more.

Of course, at least the frogs and lizards as babes and toddler frogs and lizards  were not bombarded with the gazillion grams of aluminum, formaldehyde, various dyes, aborted fetal cells, various viral particles, some weakened and intentional, others the product of dirty, unsanitized laboratories from the 19 vaccines now required thru the Well Baby Clinics before a kid is even 18 months old.

Baby Boomers received at most 6 vaxxes before the age of 18. Today’s children must have 71 or 72 vaxxes. The health differences and appearance differences between the two groups is a real cause of concern.

And that is before the younger generation feeds off a diet of Doritos, diet sodas, and even energy drinks that are marketed to parents as food.

    From Wikipedia – Theo Colborn
“Theodora Emily Colborn was Founder and President Emerita of The Endocrine Disruption Exchange, based in Paonia, Colorado, and Professor Emerita of Zoology at the University of Florida, Gainesville. She was an environmental health analyst, and best known for her studies on the health effects of endocrine disrupting chemicals. She died in 2014.”
Born:Theodora Emily Decker, 28, 1927, Plainfield, New Jersey
    Died:Dec 14, 2014, Paonia, Colorado

Her book which put out in the public sphere her decades of definitive  work on toxic exposures: “Our Stolen Future – How Our Modern World Is Threatening Sperm Counts, Altering Male and Female Reproductive Development, and Imperiling the Future of the Human Race” is still considered one of the bibles of toxins and their effects on life forms.

James O’Keefe, formerly of Project Veritas, has his new media outlet up and running. (It is called http://Okeefemediagroup.com )

One of the topics he and his reporters are seriously delving into has to do with the “trans women” in prisons issue. Some of his reports focus on the prison system in Washington state.

So many of these imprisoned trans individuals have major  crimes against women on their rap sheets. They have assaulted women. They have raped women. They now use the CCP line that to deny anyone who is claiming to be a woman any and all rights associated with womanhood is a serious taking of their civil rights.

These men claim the right to be housed in a cell with a biological female. And the real women are not having any of it. (Who can blame them?)

This one issue could easily bankrupt the entire prison system.

Any trans inmate denied housing as a woman is guaranteed legal representation by the ACLU.

A single lawsuit that makes its way into the court system could allow the trans individual a one million dollar settlement.

Meanwhile, biological women whose new roommates are biological men claiming to be women, will certainly be raped, perhaps become pregnant and also then be deciding to go after  legal settlements. Which also could bring them  huge sum of monies.

It seems like maybe the prison system executives ought to put all the trans women in the same wing of the prison and house them with each other.

But clearly that would make too much sense out in clown world.
