I was not even slightly surprised to learn that the only mainstream news media following up on the story of the pregnant ten-year-old in backward, benighted Columbus, OH, was Telemundo.

Why should the Woke Media look further, now that this child’s value as a pro-abortion martyr has been spent? Who cares about the actual kid or her situation? For instance, does it matter that the rapist was an illegal immigrant from Guatemala? Or that it is likely that he was/is Mom’s live-in boyfriend?

The rapist wasn’t arrested until those wacky, white-supremacist, right-wing website “journalists” started looking into the totally unimportant and uninteresting part of the story, which was that a ten-year-old child was raped. Now, the rapist (alleged!) is just another POC being mass-incarcerated,  with bail set at a totally racist $2 million. Tragic. Someone really needs to get the right-wing media to shut up.

Mom—who has multiple children living with her—- has been interviewed (by Telemundo, not the New York Times, of course)  and has defended the rapist. She says he’s innocent. Maybe the sex was consensual? In our sex-positive era, it’s just a matter of time before pedophiles get their own stripe on that all-inclusive rainbow flag.

“Consent” being the last, fragile thread constraining sexuality, who’s to say it isn’t time for that too to be declared white-supremacist (you know, like logic and the expectation of being on time for appointments). Free the rapist! And then the bastard-masculinization of the sexual landscape will be complete.

Side note 1: Absent the pregnancy, it is unlikely that this child’s victimization would be discovered or addressed; investigation will surely reveal the sadly-usual pattern of incompetence and indifference on the part of the DHS social workers. Comforting, isn’t it, given that these are the people who, in Woke Utopia are going to be responding to 911 calls instead of the racist police?

Side Note 2: Mom’s failure to protect is, by the way, sadly not unusual at all—my daughter, who has the unenviable task of investigating child sexual abuse, tells me that child pornographers/rapists frequently live with women who overlook (sometimes even encourage) the victimization of children, including their own. One could conclude from this that human beings are a fallen and sinful species, but these are progressives, so let’s instead insist that the illegal immigrant boyfriend and the Mom are also victims of white supremacy and patriarchy, and the only victimizer/villain of the whole piece is Clarence Thomas.

To recap: A ten-year-old child living with Mom, some other kids, and Mom’s boyfriend, gets raped by the boyfriend. She becomes pregnant as a result.

Because the pregnancy is not discovered until after the six-week limit in Ohio, the child is whisked across state lines into Indiana.

An Indiana abortion doctor and pro-choice activist then does three things:

1. Performs the abortion (for which she is paid)
2. Publicizes the child’s story as a Post-Roe morality tale for the delectation of her activist audience (EDIT: Including the President of the United States)
3. Sends the child back to Ohio to live with an incompetent mother and a child rapist.

What does this story tell us about the intentions of the left towards women and children?

There is a “Christian” church in Boston that sports a large banner listing God’s new commandments. You know, all the  Biblical stuff: God wants abortion access “4 All” and sanctuary cities (presumably for illegal aliens and abortion providers, not for gun owners) and God also approves of abolishing guns and prisons and cares about the “mattering” of black lives which, as we have seen, is code mostly for abolishing or seriously weakening police departments, not for protecting black and brown women and children.

Pretty clear, right? When the left has its inevitable triumph (arc-of-the-moral-universe, blah blah), this is what the left will offer to women and children who are vulnerable to sexual violence:

Abortion.

That’s it.

No cops to call.  No prisons in which those who would harm you would be locked up. No personal protection —you can’t have a gun, because of social justice, swords into plowshares, etc. Not even the old-school women/girl’s only spaces will exist,  since the word “woman” is, itself, problematic and fully intact men (including rapists) can always claim to “feel like” a woman.

I miss the patriarchy.
