The Democrats Are a Threat to Our Constitution

Biden set up a committee to consider court-packing. A new more sinister form of it emerged in the last week with the threat to murder Justice Kavanaugh.

Other Supreme Court justices have been threatened and the Biden administration has said nothing about it. The Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened Kavanaugh and his colleagues said nothing. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has blocked a bill to provide security for Supreme Court justices.

We face an existential crisis. The assassination of a Justice would be far worse than the caning of Senator Sumner by Representative Brooks. But our leaders are mute. An insurrection is brewing but they don’t care because they can’t blame it on Trump.

Always have been. Always will be.

The Democrats are not a ‘normal’ party. Treating them as such has led the Republic to – and over – the brink again and again. The party of slavery, civil war, the KKK, segregation, eugenics, Soviet subversion, Jim Crow, constant lies, calls for assassination and actual assassinations should have no place in civil life.

The Democrats are dedicated to ending the constitutional republic.  Some, probably the majority simply don’t understand what is going on.  They’re not stupid, they just don’t pay attention, have never read much history, don’t know much about the rest of the world, haven’t traveled much  and don’t know Washington, its bureaucrats and haven’t thought much about any relevant matters.  Others however, know what they’re doing.  Some because it serves their immediate interests, they get to lute and rob and enjoy the excitement of doing it with their friends.  They don’t know or care  much abut anything.  There are organized interests, including elected officials who benefit directly and may or may not understand much other than what serves their immediate interests.  There are giant falling cost companies whose leadership  gets rich as we centralize and they push hard and gather rapidly.  There are bureaucrats who get power, don’t get rich but are safe, well paid and don’t understand much beyond their immediate interests and there are the only longer term  beneficiaries, who don’t even have too do much with so many self interested fools, the Chinese.  I don’t think we have a future as 50 states, but we’ll know in a little over two years, and have to be prepared to separate,  as whole states and as pieces of states.  I don’t think many folks understand this reality because they don’t understand what the Chinese are doing nor where, even without the Chinese, the top down, rapidly narrowing, corrupt, system is headed.

Apparently “paid” protestors march loudly on Wed and Sat evenings in Kavanaugh neighborhood – the paid part is my opinion because in the story I read, the neighbors said they are not locals. They bang on drums and hurl obscenities thru bull horns and the local law enforcement does nothing. They’re told they keep moving and “don’t block” traffic, so it’s ok…….even though they said there is a noise ordinance (like leaf blowing). The kids are afraid – they can’t play outside and even go to sleep.  This is just a hint of the upside down crap that is now allowed? And another story says Pelosi has blocked security for the Justices? Is this true?

What has happened to our country where you can bully anyone?  Trying to right a terrible wrong that should have been done a long time ago –

Obama complained on-mike several times that the Constitution detailed what government can’t do, not what it can do.

    Duh.

Obama was simply the generation that brought it all out in the open. Woodrow Wilson was the first anti-Constitutionalist to get elected, and he turned the “progressivism” of Theodore Roosevelt into a dirty word.

Richard Easton: . . . the Biden administration has said nothing about it. The Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened Kavanaugh and his colleagues said nothing. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has blocked a bill to provide security for Supreme Court justices.

The Democrats haven’t said nothing. They’ve encouraged the attacks.

It Seems the Democrats Kinda Sorta Want a Conservative Justice to Get Killed

As we sit around waiting for Gropey Joe Biden to denounce the assassination attempt of Justice Kavanaugh, it becomes obvious why he hasn’t. He and the bolshie Democrats seem to want a conservative justice from the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to die or retire. That would make the commie takeover almost complete. And what better way to make that happen than to make it easy to do?

    . . .

Conservative justices have a target on them. Here’s why:

    • The president refuses to condemn the protesting taking place outside of the justices’ homes.
    • House Democrats are stalling more security for justices.
    • Local law enforcement officials refuse to arrest the protesters, despite the attempt on Kavanaugh’s life, and even though protesting outside a SCOTUS justice’s house is illegal.

Biden, House Democrats, and even the local cops (or whoever is telling them to stand down) are creating the perfect storm for an assassination. On every level, the justices are sitting ducks.

None of this is an accident. It’s the next step in the Democommies’ plan to take over the United States. If a conservative justice resigns or dies, the Democrats have full control.

This is excellent. I would just add that Victor Davis Hanson says the Democrats get a lot of apparatchiks with worthless degrees that will do anything to make money off of leftism instead of working at Starbucks. It would be nice to come up with a plan to reverse that.

The funny thing is that the right to practice your religion, to say what you believe, to go where you want and meet whom you want, to be secure in your house and your possessions, to go about unmolested by government except upon a duly sworn warrant, and the right to a speedy trial by a jury of one’s peers (among other rights) are actually positive rights.  That 0bama looks at the Bill of Rights and sees only restrictions upon the government shows that he has no understanding of or that he doesn’t agree with the positive rights the Bill of Rights protects.

I agree that woke Democrats are a threat to the Constitution.  Since “regular” Democrats, even though they beat the wokesters in the Democrat primaries, won’t be a check on them, “regular” Democrats are also a threat to the Constitution.

We have had only one incumbent President in our 233 years who refused to accept his loss at the ballot box, Donald John Trump.  He lied repeatedly, he summoned the mob, he assembled the mob, and he directed the mob at Congress.  Donald John Trump is a direct threat to the Constitution.  Many Republicans are unwilling to be a check on Donald John Trump, and indeed repeat his lies.  They are also a threat to the Constitution.

We have been a country since June 21, 1788, when the Constitution was ratified.  We had dark days in 1968.  Today is worse.  We had darker days in 1861.  But between the wokesters (and the ineffective “regular” Democrats), and Donald John Trump (and those Republicans who tolerate Donald John Trump and vote in the primaries for “Republicans” who repeat Trump’s Big Lie) we are facing dissolution of the Republic.

A curse on both their houses, those of the wokesters and Donald John Trump.  I pray that “regular” Democrats and “regular” Republicans find their way clear to stop the wokesters and Donald John Trump.  I am not confident that the middle of either the Democrats or Republicans will pull clear of this.

You cannot get anybody to explain in plain English how John McCain moved the ball forward for libertarians and conservatives. Mitt Romney is refusing to endorse Mike Lee, while the Lincoln project types and the Utah Democrat party tries to get Evan McMullin over the line. I think he said he won’t caucus with the GOP. Swell.

I am not against RINOs as long as they are conscious about not doing too much damage.
