January 6 Defendant Cleared on All Charges
It’s hard to call this justice, considering the severe persecution the Biden regime has been putting these people through, but at least one January 6th defendant has been exonerated. Ironically, he is using the very defense that has been denied as a ‘conspiracy theory.’ (Emphasis mine)
A federal judge on Wednesday found that a New Mexico man “reasonably believed” that police officers let him into the US Capitol during the Jan. 6 breach, finding defendant Matthew Martin not guilty of all charges.
McFadden said that Martin’s conduct was as “minimal and non-serious” as the judge could imagine for someone who went into the Capitol on Jan. 6.
Respect to Mr. Martin for not giving in to the prosecutorial tactics of overcharging and making plea deals for offenses less serious than those that are routinely dismissed when committed by leftists. The DOJ drove one man to suicide on these same charges.

While some criminal charges are federal, most criminal charges are state and local..
Hopefully we will run somebody other than DJT, or DJTJ against Biden and the Democrats in 2024. And in the meanwhile, defeat the Soros backed state and local prosecutors.

In Arizona, there was an exhaustive study of voter fraud by the Attorney General. He found 9 cases of voter fraud, primarily felons voting and three women who submitted their mother’s ballots after their mother’s had died. Biden won Arizona by over 10,000 votes.

Oh Bryan, almost everything Biden has done has been a mess, with the notable exception of Ukraine. However, Trump tried to overthrow the results of an election, something that no other incumbent president has done in our nation’s history.

I don’t think so. One shouldn’t encourage believing a lie. The only thing left that we know we have going for us in America is the truth. Those who are confused or deceived should always be encouraged to reconsider if possible.
Just the fact that Biden undid everything — everything! — that Trump accomplished and thereby crippled America in so many ways, should at least temper misdirected Trump hatred.

That is true. Biden hid in his basement while Zuckerberg and multiple states worked to make it easier for fraud to occur. Although he said he had the most extensive and inclusive fraud operation in history. He can’t run a country so I wouldn’t expect him to steal an election.
