Just When I Thought the Federal Bureau of Instigation Could Stoop No Lower
Last week, the apartment of James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, was raided by the Federal Bureau of Instigation (no relation), ostensibly searching for a diary of Ashley Biden (el presidente’s daughter). The diary, having been surrendered to law enforcement over a year ago, was not present. Two smartphones owned by O’Keefe were confiscated in the pre-dawn raid. O’Keefe was kind of surprised when shortly after the raid, a reporter from The New York Times called him up to ask how it feels.
While the diary has been published online for over a year and contains quite a few juicy tidbits regarding the, ahem, inner workings of the family Biden, we now know that the diary was a pretext. It wasn’t about the diary.
It never was.
We know this because in its hubris, The New York Times has begun publishing attorney-client communications between Project Veritas and its counsel. You read that right. The New York Times, in the middle of defamation litigation between it and Project Veritas, has received, as if by magic, privileged communication that it is now using to attempt to impugn further the reputation of Project Veritas. It looks like the FBI has leaked it to the paper.
This is the deep state.
The FBI raided Project Veritas on a pretext and is now leaking their privileged communications to the New York Times

Published in LawSomething tells me that the Federal judge who ordered the FBI to stop removing files from Project Veritas devices is going to have some questions as to how attorney-client privileged communications were removed from those devices and sent to the NYT. https://t.co/RWIr9NCzVB pic.twitter.com/NZhwO8nPhN

It’s just so brazen and obvious. No words for this beyond that, just a feeling of disgust.
Julie Kelly points out that this is consistent with the FBI playing a major role in January 6th. I guess we’ll have to impeach somebody in response.
That’s the point.
Not even bothering to hide it any more. Between Qualified Immunity and “no controlling legal authority” (per Al Gore) they live the reality that “sovereign citizens” aspire to – untouchable.
Let anyone who speaks truth to power be on notice–you have no rights and the government can crush you at any time. Remember, self-censorship is the best censorship. Another black-pill day.
I will not be going to the camps. ‘night, y’all.
Where exactly are the “good men and women of the rank and file” of the FBI while this stuff keeps happening? Liberate them now – abolish the FBI!
If not abolishing the place, find the people responsible, and fire them along with their entire chain of command up to the director. If they can’t be fired, set up an FBI office at Hanford Site next to the nuclear waste, and transfer the scumbags there.
Will the Republicans have the stones to make major cuts to the
American Gestapo’sFBI’s budget? It’s the only thing theAmerican GestapoFBI will understand.Kabul would be much better.
Let’s go Brandon.
This is the sort of reason why I can never forgive never Trump.
Change the law so they can.
But, really, just disband the thing. Then send the money ‘saved’ to the states so they can hire the “good” G-persons thus liberated. Starting with the border states (well, not California, obviously). (In the long term, of course, when the federal state has withered away, and even State laws are cut back to the small number actually necessary for life, liberty and all that outdated stuff, there will be no transfers necessary – or possible.)
In America, camp comes to you!
Trump did pick the current head of the FBI. So…
Never Trump did everything thing they could to hinder him and stop him from being able to navigate the swamp. Like taking out Flynn. So…
The narrative that the sky was falling because of Trump was more than wrong …. it was a lie.
The Left is not excused for lying, but it is to be expected …. that’s what they do.
For ostensible conservatives/(R)’s to participate in the lie is unforgivable.
The NeverTrump faction wears this Biden Presidency like a scarlet letter.
Trump made terrible choices for personnel in ALL the security agencies. Especially the military.
Again, the people who could have helped him, Never Trumpers, refused to do so. Flynn was on his side but Trump was not ready to be able to stand with him.
Having been a new CEO facing actively hostile underlings, I understand the problem, personally. It is very hard to navigate.
I believe it was called the “resistance”.
It’s easy to see what should have been done now, at the time who knew ostensibly apolitical appointees(ie; Comey, Hill, Wray, etc.) would actively “resist” a duly elected President.
WHERE IS THE GOP!?
The citizens of this country are suffering under the oppressive yoke of the FBI. And we have to rely on the GOP to save us.
We’re doomed.
Eventually, people will give up on the GOP and take this matter into their own hands. Sometimes I think that’s what the swamp wants. It’ll give them pretext for mass slaughter of citizens.
In two sentences you just explained the raison d’etre for Trump.
I’m going with, “No, they won’t have the stones.”
I think they are more Stasi than Gestapo. Plus Stasi doesn’t violate Godwin’s Law.
It is a bonus
Exactly – traitors don’t always remember to put ‘traitor’ on their resumes.
Even worse than the FBI’s action is the number of Americans willing to accept this brazen intimidation out of tribal loyalty.
So we need to pass a law to make them do so, obviously.
Just as we had the Church Committee Hearings concerning the CIA in 1975, we need an in depth investigation of the FBI and lots of public hearings.
This would have called for a Bi-Partistan Commission like the 9/11 Commission, however given that the January 6th Commission was spiked, that isn’t going to happen, unless there can be two commissions, one for January 6th and one for the FBI.
I decline to do so. Or are you willing to wear January 6th like a scarlet letter? https://ricochet.com/1038929/apologies-owed-by-a-biden-and-b-trump-voters/
