This article about men in women’s prisons is appalling. Here’s a quote from the article that got me thinking:
In a piece for the Santa Monica Observer, Amber Jackson, an inmate at CCWF, revealed that multiple trans women transferred to the prison still had penises and were HIV positive. The biological males, Jackson said, were abusing and having sex with many of the female inmates. This, according to Jackson, led to the prison’s new condom policy.
If this is happening in a women’s prison housing males, what is happening in girls’ locker rooms and showers in”trans-friendly” high schools, colleges, and local gyms? If the situation there is also bad, where is the MSM? If there’s nothing going on, you’d think the MSM would say, “We told you so.”

I’m going to try to word this carefully, but the following may contain material offensive to some.
The implication I get from the article is that these transferred prisoners have “traditional” male/female sexual relations. Should this be the case if they are truly transgender (i.e., women)? Should their interest not be in lesbian forms of sex?
The answer to all your questions is: (blank) is a social construct.
Based on the lack of outcry, we should conclude the feminist movement is dead.

The insanity is that apparently California officials did not, before adopting the initial “trans” policy, consider the blazingly obvious point that heavy duty criminals in the state prison system, especially criminals who have committed sex crimes, will quickly figure out how to lie their way into women’s prisons, where they would have extensive access to a [literally] captive set of potential victims. One would have to be willfully blind not to see that coming.
Yes, teenaged boys will claim to feel like girls in order to get into the girls’ locker room, and perverted men will also do so, which is bad for the female victims. But most of those boys and perverted men have limited thoughts about what to do once they have succeeded in gaining access.
But convicted criminals have extensive experience planning and executing assaults. Anyone who thought about the issue for more than a minute would have predicted that opening any path for criminal men to get into women’s prisons will result in sexual assaults and rapes.
That be rape, no?

Trans-women are women. So when a trans-woman with a male member engages in vaginal intercourse with a woman, that is lesbianism. When a trans-woman with a male member engages in anal intercourse with a trans-woman (irrespective of whether the second trans-woman has a male member), that is lesbianism. If a trans-woman with a male member engages in anal intercourse with a man (or a trans-man), that is heterosexual.
You have to keep in mind that the “gender” of the trans-person has nothing whatsoever to do with its biology or its anatomy. The “gender” is whatever the trans-person says that it is at the moment.
For that matter, if the trans-person changes its mind in the middle of a sexual encounter, the nature of the encounter would change between heterosexual and homosexual. Well, almost always, as it’s possible that the other person could be trans, and could simultaneously change its mind, too.

The article raises the possibility that the women may like the presence of the so-called trans-women. Sure, there is a risk of rape, but there’s also an opportunity for consensual sexual relations. I would expect that some women in prison would be in favor of this.
Not that we should allow it. I think that the entire trans thing is madness — both the trans phenomenon itself, and the acceptance and accommodation of such behavior.

Doesn’t this illustrate the insanity of the “trans” issue? Isn’t the fact that the male member can get excited enough to any kind of penetrative action proof that the person is male? Doesn’t the fact that the person’s male member reacts as a male sex organ disprove any thought that the person is “female”? Or am I letting logic get too much in the way of “truth”?

Another depressing aspect of this is that pregnancies will most likely result, with the “father” an alleged transexual. This will then be “cured” by a state funded abortion.

So, there is no rape. If there is intercourse, then They both wanted to. Stating there’s “rape” reinforces the patriarchy and male privilege myth.
Transsexual male-to-female people can have whatever sexual preference they want. My guess is the men in men’s prisons got tired of being someone’s b*tch, and figured “I can get into a women’s prison and get all the b**ty I want.”
