Joe Biden, Monkey
In every old time two-man stage act, there’s the Face and the Monkey.
The Face — Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Barack Obama — glides serenely over the material, always looks nice, scoops up the girl at the end, and plays a lot of golf.
The Monkey — Jerry Lewis, Bob Hope, Joe Biden — has to make all of the jokes, do all of the pratfalls, and never gets the girl or a tee time.
Here’s President Face handing a steaming pile of pratfall to Vice President Monkey:
“Nobody messes with Joe!”
Hilarious. Because everybody messes with Joe. From today’s Washington Times:
As a thank-you to its most famous customer, Amtrak is renaming the train station in Wilmington, Del. after stimulus “sheriff” Vice President Joseph R. Biden — after the project received $20 million in stimulus money, and came in $5.7 million over the initial announced budget.President Obama, soon after signing the Recovery Act in early 2009, designated Mr. Biden his “sheriff” overseeing the stimulus money, charging him with regularly checking in on governors and mayors to try to prevent waste, fraud and abuse in the $821 billion package.
Biden couldn’t oversee a ham sandwich. Now that we know exactly how the stimulus plan worked out (it was a spectacular, stinging failure) there’s something blood-boiling about the smugness of Nancy Pelosi’s ovation, and the vapid, empty, utterly useless crapulence that falls out of President Face’s mouth. If you click “play” again, try not to think about the $14 trillion we all owe. That’s about $45,000 per living, breathing American.
President Face glides along, untroubled, to Rio. Vice President Monkey stays at home, looking foolish and irrelevant.
This is turning out to be a long, unfunny movie.

It’s disgusting.
Biden hardly deserves to be included in the company of men like Hope and Lewis.
Biden hardly deserves to be included in the company of monkeys.
The Republican nominee in 2012 just needs to buy endless airtime and play this clip over and over and over. That ought to do it.
BTW, isn’t the legislature supposed to provide oversight of the executive? How many other designated functions of other branches does this guy plan on bringing into the executive?
Per tax-household, make that $235,000 (nearly 120 million households of which one-half pays income taxes).
With approximately 15% of tax-households receiving all of their income from other tax payers, they are effectively tax-households who pay no taxes—they simply forfeit a part of the income already paid to them from private sector taxes.
Accordingly, for each tax-paying tax-household, make that $275,000.
That’s the real liability for tax payers—each private sector tax-household has a liability just for the current amount of $14 trillion in debt of $275,000. ·Mar 17 at 9:53pm

Oh God. You’re right. It gets worse.
Channeling my inner-Crosby… Robaire, I don’t mind being called “the face,” or even “the fence” in this little clambake, but serving up old hose-nose with Uncle Joe… well, that’s mighty low. Old slouch-pouch had way more money than any of the Crosbys. Why Bob was so loaded that when war loan drives came up short, Roosevelt just had Hope write a check.
Further more, that kid from Steubenville can bleat a beautiful batch of baritone. Barack sounds a little off-key to me…
Besides, Joe has a show-business job. He’s actually Walter the dummy in Jeff Dunham’s act

I’d like to see the three of them tarred and feathered.
The scary part is … that they think … they know what they’re doing.
When I see these guys, I can’t help think of the brilliant managers who say things like “Profit is revenue after expenses” or coaches who say “We have to score more points than the other team.” As if, all we really need is for the Obamas and Bidens to … explain … success to us, and we’ll all stop pursuing failure. Apparently, they think the reason we’re having trouble is because we didn’t know we were supposed to do good things.

Yeah. But when we finally die off those silly illegals will stuck with it all!!!

I read that and I heard Zero Mostel singing “Tradition”. Huzzah, I say!
Insightful – thank you. But you seem to say that the monkey is the loser. I respectfully disagree. I think the monkey has more fun, more sex, better sex, lives longer and with less pressure.
Joe is the smart one on that team – scary I know. Do we associate the malaise of the 70’s with Walter Mondale? He was that nice and decent man from Minnesota – he gets a pass. Jimmy Carter not so much.
No, the monkeys rule! Shhhhh don’t tell the faces. Now I should quickly add that this is not to dis Dino or Der Bingle – fine men both. Just not lucky monkeys.
