Meet Chuck Schwab and the President of AEI (and join our afterparty) - Updated!
Bay Area Ricochetoise:
On June 5, Charles Schwab and Arthur Brooks, the president of the American Enterprise Institute, will discuss Mr. Brooks's forthcoming book, The Road to Freedom: How to Win the Fight for Free Enterprise, in downtown San Francisco. The organizers have invited Ricochet Members, Contributors, and staff to attend, and we thought this would be a good opportunity for a meet-up immediately after the discussion.
The event will be held at the Charles Schwab Auditorium at 211 Main Street on June 5, the evening of the California primary.
The agenda is:
4:00 to 4:45 - Chuck Schwab and Arthur Brooks will discuss the book and its themes
4:45 to 5:15 - Q&A with those in attendance
5:15 to 6:00 - Reception
6:00 to 8:00 - Ricochet meet-up/afterparty at a nearby venue
The organizers have asked us to give them a list of names by early next week and they'll try to include as many of us as they can. It's a free event, but by invitation only.

Be sure to include your log-in email, real name, physical address, and phone number, along with whether you'll be bringing a guest. We'll compile the list, but the event organizers will send out paper invitations in early May.
